   Amazing Movers

   Roman Relocation was recommended to us by a friend. The transition went as well as I could have hoped. These people went above and above to be helpful, kind, and prompt. All of our new living room furniture was carried to the locations we had chosen as part of their special arrangement. For the company as a whole, we have nothing but admiration.

   The Roman Relocation staff provides exceptional customer service. As far as I'm concerned, Roman Relocation is the best moving company we've ever worked with. Our belongings were handled with care and attention by three men who arrived the day before our move to pack our home. Because I chose their exclusive deal they went above and above. On the day of the transfer, everything went well and the customer service was excellent. This company's services are highly recommended for anybody looking to migrate. Roman Relocation has done a great job.

   Because we needed so many of Roman Relocation services, we were fortunate to discover their exclusive deal. Daniel and a coworker assisted us in a smooth transition. There was even some heavy furniture that had to be carried up three flights that was meticulously wrapped and delivered. Get to know them sooner was one thing I wish I had done differently.

   Amazing job

   What a stunning piece of work! You can't go wrong working with Calvin and his crew, who are both hardworking and kind. Due to a exclusive deal, all of my belongings were delivered and set up exactly how I wanted them as part of this company's services. My favorite moving crew has arrived. Their arrival times were spot-on for each of the three days I had scheduled them for. It's really essential.

   These guys are really helpful

   The service was outstanding. The movers were considerate, careful with my belongings, and expeditious. In my opinion, they performed an amazing job packing up my home. My house and yard were loaded into the cars in less than three hours thanks to their exclusive package, which included furniture wrapping to avoid damage. I was really amazed by their level of expertise. They had a good grasp of what they were doing and worked well together. It was exactly as easy to unpack at my new home. When unloading, the workers were careful to protect the floor so that no harm occurred. Despite an 80-mile journey and multiple hurdles, the move was done and the kettle was on in less than eight hours.

   Eight years ago, I relocated, and it was the worst experience of my life. I was apprehensive as I prepared to leave my home to undergo some much-needed improvements, but this time I chose the Roman Relocation and their traditional deal. There was no stress or panic among the packers, Daniel or the crew, as they quickly dismantled beds and tables. I've had the best time of my life thus far. When a friend saw how pleased I was, I recommended Daniel . The event went off without a hitch, thanks to your hard work!"

   Horrible choice for a moving company

   This company raised the price of the move on us 3 times. Didn’t deliver a jumbo tub of our items and then broke a light fixture in our new home with the first piece of furniture they moved. They broke a 400 dollar frame, broke a French easel, and multiple glass items and scratch and dented the floors and walls of the old house and the new house. They show no honesty for anything. They took weeks to answer or call back and then had a horrible attitude with jasmine who gave no information or idea of Time. They then arrived at 9:00 on a Sunday night and would unload till they had their money. They didn’t. Finish till midnight and asked for a tip after they broke things, complained about how heavy things were and didn’t have our property. This is a horrible company.

   hello, thank you for sharing your experience with us. first we delivered to you everything, you even checked everything onsite and signed inventory list that everything were delivered. second you had much more items (80% more then original estimate) you provided to us. and NO we didn't charge you 3 times more. we added 50% more, that included packing supplies, and your additional items and oversize items. thank you

    Do NOT Use. Horrible Svc

    We contracted for a move from WI to WA state. They only sent 4 people (even though we paid for packers) and 1- 1/2 sized truck. They tried to change the quoted amount bc “they couldn’t get everything we had in the truck” and when we refused they said “then pick what you want to leave”. They didn’t bring any packing paper just boxes and tape. They left a huge mess and we had to stay 2 extra days in WI and hire a UHual to move all the stuff they wouldn’t. The move was a disaster and we had over $10k in damages. Not to mention the fact that my husbands PS5 came up missing as well as about 12-15 collectible model kits (each worth btw $100-$300). When they delivered that had 1 guy show up who tried to tell us we HAD to pay cash even though our contract stated electronic payment and told us he would leave if we didn’t get cash(I ven though it was 2 hours before a bank would even be open). So I finally get the cash and he refuses to give me a receipt or sign anything that says he received payment. I put my foot down and told him no receipt then no cash. Of course this was thru Google translate bc he didn’t speak much English just Russian. He kept telling us his movers would be here soon and when they finally showed up we find out they are local Craig’s List hires. Not only did they damage the furniture but one guy stole my daughters WII and all her games when she wasn’t looking (it was in a portable carry case with games included). We have the police report and they even know who did it, we identified his mug shot but it was too late to get the items back as they were already gone. They had absolutely no customer svc and no one we could complain to and insurance only offered us $350 for an over $10k insurance claim. Please never use this company. It is terrible.
