   Attn: David I moved from Vancouver to Toronto. The quote was in my budget. David was clear and guided me slowly about the procedure. Obviously, movers company hires sub contract for moving - they were fast and on time with ETA. When I got to Toronto,due to summer time is busy. I reached out to them and David was slick as in updating me about my ETA still in Vancouver. A week later the movers contacted me and ask me if I needed storage ? And is free of charge. Or to be deliver a certain date ? They were nice. A week or 2 pass. I have not heard. And reached out to the company. Another representative helped me and guided me to contact the movers. But even though my answer is solved. David still kindly took the time to reach out to me and apologize for the late reply. I honestly respect people getting back to me even though the job is complete. David is awesome! Overall,the movers I had - uh I did have a few damages but hey I understand they are moving others stuff too. I don't blame them but if we hire a service we need to like invest in good boxes from walmart or home depot. We need to do our own extra sponge or cushion wrap ourselves. In conclusion I had a good experience with David. And anyone who reads this - David is your guy to go to!

   Move from Alberta to British Columbia.

   Let me start by saying that the initial contact person (Sarah B. ) was very helpful. The men that were there for the pick-up were very professional and courteous. After that, things go downhill. We did have a lot of stuff. So, the difference from the quote can be explained. However, we were told that our things would be waiting in a warehouse in Vancouver BC. When we arrived in Victoria we were told our things were still in Calgary. We would have to wait another week ! When the delivery men showed up I let them know that the elevator was on the farther end of the building. They said they wouldn't unload until I paid them extra cash. They held our things for ransom basically. We helped them move everything in. We were missing a ladder and an antique folding shelf. When we put in a claim the company came back with $130. AND we had to pay their deductible ($500) It did say that on the contract, but they were the ones that broke/lost our things. I don't think we should have to pay their deductible. We told them that their offer was too low. They came back with $135 ! We paid by bank draft. Even though they stated in their email that they accept Credit cards. If you use this company, BEWARE !.

   NEVER EVER USE THESE MOVERS

   They arrived a day late for pick up which was beyond stressful and delivered 10 days late. Charged us for holding our possessions that we wanted ASAP Then over charged us for 900 lbs Nobody in the company would get back to me and I’m now blocked via email. It cost us $1000 more than it should have TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

   Terrible and they ripped me off Please read and trust all the reviews.

   Google makes me give a one star rating, but if I could it would be less than that. The summery of my experience is this. My family and I move to Nanaimo BC from Edmonton, I was looking for a company to use. I checked google and found them and also read the list of terrible reviews that others have left. I call and spoke to Allison Meyer (Allie)a sale manager and she gave me some manufactured made up excuse about why they had so many bad reviews and gave me her word that none of this would happen to my stuff She also guaranteed that my delivery date was going to be June 1 2020 which was the only reason I decided to go with them. Which was not only a huge lie to get me to use them, its was never even an options. On the date of pickup 1) the movers where two hours late, 2) they brought the wrong size truck (I booked a 4 bedroom home even though we only had 3 bedrooms) 3) They did not handle our stuff very well 4) and they had no intention of being in BC by June 1. They said that the dispatcher (Allison) was completely wrong and their typical turn around time was 5 days. Surprisingly after they had our stuff I could no longer get a hold of Allison to get an explanation when our stuff was going to be there. No one from the company returned my call for two days. When someone did finally get back to me they said the weight of our load went from approximately 4000lbs to 6000lbs but we were never provide with any copy of the scale ticket. They were "so generous" to pay for a hotel for us even though we had pets and knew we had to stay with them in the house. What I suspect they did (because I haven't been given invoice) was they increased the "weight" of my load to cover the hotel cost. The day before our stuff arrived they would not negotiated on the price and said if I did pay right then I would not get my stuff the next day. They basically did not give me a choice. I also paid a deposit that I did not get credit for. A large majority of our stuff is damaged and a bunch of stuff is also missing. Do not uses these guys avoid all of them especially Allison. Read and listen to the other reviews(I wish I did), also when you choose a different company make sure they do not contract through them either you do not want them handling your stuff at any point. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and a chance but this cost me time, money and aggravation. They are 100% Scammers.

   Avoid this company! They are scammers!

   We did our move with this company from Montreal to Vancouver. 50% of our belongings were damaged and many were stolen (never arrived to us). We lost about $17000 in costs for damaged belongings + paid $10000 for moving (two houses in to one). After filling complaint we waited for almost 60 days and NO single answer from company was received. They never offered any compensation for damages to our belongings. It was near impossible to get in touch with them as soon as claim case happened, company refused to talk nor provide any details about the claim. On another note it is important to mention that company, while knowing that our belongings were damaged, before delivery of our belongings forced us to use certified check to pay for the delivery. They did everything to avoid accepting credit card. Never, I beg you, never deal with these guys from Royal National Van Lines - they are scammers. We now work on legal case against this business and want to put it on media to ensure that many Canadians will be able to read details of this case. Thank you for your time.

    Worst. Company. Ever.

    Was quoted 10-13 calendar days. Took 22 calendar days. Called, emailed, followed up endlessly. Finally received the information that I was misquoted - should have been business days, and that even that quote would now be delayed. Was promised updates from dispatch, reception, sales manager - never received so much as an email, let alone a returned phone call. After living in an empty house with an infant for almost two weeks, and having to buy all kinds of essentials to get through, I was offered 4% off my total invoice. WHAT A JOKE. Apparently, this was "generous" as her initial offer was less than 2%. I used this company in 2013 and had a good experience, but their staff, service and overall respect for customers is an absolute disgrace. Rent a u-haul moving pod, I hear people have good experiences with those. Don't give this company your money, and save yourself the headache and inconvenience.
