   International move from USA to Australia.

   I recently used Shipping My Goods, and in particular, dealt with Jonathan Durante. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jonathan walked me through the process step by step in moving my personal and household goods from Houston Texas to Queensland Australia. All went accordingly to the timeframe presented and Jonathan keep me posted as the process went along. I highly recommend using this company for international shipping. Cheers Jan Vick.

   Trucks shipment to Panama.

   We contacted ShippingMyGoods.Com to request the service of moving one truck from Florida to Panama. During the purchasing process we ended buying two trucks near Houston. Jonathan and David from ShippingMyGoods.Com were very helpful during the whole process which ended in the receipt of the trucks as promised in Panama. They have to coordinate the pickup and delivery of the trucks to port. The documents were received complete and on time. I can recommend their service.

   Cheap is not better

   Relocated from Philadelphia to Westmeath, Ireland. The first couple of weeks Howard would return phone calls and emails. Once they picked up our shipment, nothing. I had to HOUND them for information. Globalog, the company they use is deplorable. You get NO information from them. I requested not to ship our goods through the UK because of Brexit with the result we had to pay nearly $700 in fees to have our shipment released to Ireland. We only had 17 small-large boxes, no furniture. They threatened to start charging storage if we didn’t pay.   I was also told it was rare to have a container inspection at the port. Nine containers were checked in the UK before being transported to other countries, all had to pay hundreds in fees. Howard admitted to this on the phone, said he didn’t know what happened, and would try to get some of our money back. To date, Howard or Jonathon have not answered any of my emails.  The number of forms I had to fill out to prove I had a right to live in Ireland was ridiculous. It took nearly six months for the nightmare to end. This company blows smoke up your ass on how wonderful their customer service is. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY after that you’re on your own. I don’t know where these positive reviews come from. Cheap is not always better. Do your research and pay that bit extra for peace of mind.

   Beware.

   I had the most difficult time with this company. First I was mis quoted and after I asked if I could add more boxes the sales rep said yes and I wouldn’t get charged. They charged me $1300 more. After I complained they only brought it down $400. Next they never kept me informed about my goods arriving to my new home in Italy. The sales rep quoted me 6 to 8 weeks. 3.5 months later I received my baby’s goods. They tried to tell me that the port was closed for over a month which they never called or emailed me to tell me this. Well my husband and I work on Cruise Ships and he checked the list of ships that were not allowed to pass and we did not see them on the manifest. I was then said I would receive my goods the beginning of January and nothing. I have in writing that I should have received my goods at the beginning of January but after I asked they said end of January. If you read your call tract they say if you were quoted a specific time and you do not receive your goods at that time then you will be compensated for the inconvenience. Yeah nothing. Now the company they use in Europe is great they were prompt and very professional. Beware of this company they are not professional, always coming up with excuses and over charge after you have been quoted. BEWARE.
