   Fast, Careful Long Distance

   All upholstered furniture, even our cream coloured linen sectional sofa and velvet accent chairs, were completely enclosed in heavy-duty protective plastic bags before leaving the room. They arrived at the new house spotless and smelling fresh.

   I highly recommend this company.

   David and Mark were so great and supportive with my move! They were on time and friendly. I was packing up a three-story walk-up apartment, and somehow they managed to move it all without any scratches or damage. They dismantled and reassembled furniture, and ensured it was safe.

   Overall moving experience was good. The team was well prepared, secured furniture and assisted with setting up the furniture in the new home. A slight delay at the start but this did not cause any significant issues.

   Reliable movers with great customer care.

   Before they took all of my white fabric dining chairs out in the rain, they wrapped them in shrink wrap and thick blankets. None of the mud or water ever touched my furniture. The additional layer of care was not overlooked.

   They had great flexibility with my parents who were in the process of downscaling and were very old. The movers were well-speech, listened attentively to directions on where things should be placed, and were very courteous.

   Highly satisfied with their moving service.

   The crew was friendly, though not much so, as they were moving a tad too quickly. Some boxes have been clearly labeled "fragile" and they were at the bottom of a stack, with resulting glassware box crushing. So far, nothing broke because they took good measures with proper bubble wrap, but it is clear that they should pay more attention to the labels on their boxes!

   I had them pack up a one-bedroom apartment, and it was a relatively straightforward experience. They loaded carefully, and there was more in the truck than I expected. The guys were professional yet not too formal.

    Overall, very enjoyable moving experience.

    The guys were polite and listened to me when I explained what the furniture required more care for. I was most concerned about my grandmother's old cabinet, and they wrapped it very carefully. Knowing they were not simply throwing things into the truck, made a big difference.
