   We had a good experience with Sinatra Moving Group for moving into our new apartment. The job was easy to access, and moving furniture through the hallway was not particularly difficult; however, the crew worked around the space with minimal problems.    The service Sinatra Moving Group provided made our moving day a lot easier. The movers arrived, were professional and respectful of the property. They used protective materials wherever needed and handled the fragile boxes with care. The group even ran checklists before moving anything into other rooms.

   I was happy with the conclusion of order #6183. Once unloaded, a final walkthrough was performed and it was double checked that we didn't leave anything in the truck. They also assisted in changing the orientation of a couple of furniture items when we chose that they would appear more aesthetically pleasing in other places. This added work was appreciated.

   From the scheduling to delivery, Sinatra Moving Group was helpful. The movers worked well as a team, and they did appear to have an efficient way of loading the truck. Before moving the furniture, they took the time to cover it and protect the walls and floors. Overall, it was a very easy process for me, compared to what I thought it would be.

   We were moved into a new home and had to move a lot of furniture from a storage unit, which is no longer available, and our order #8245 was for that. The movers made sure to examine every item as they loaded it and ensured it was securely packaged. When we reached the house, they assisted us with arranging furniture to the appropriate rooms. The event was very well organized and smooth.

   Exceeded our expectations

   We were very impressed with the quality of work in the move of order #4527. We had a lot of boxes and furniture but they remained organized throughout the loading. Furniture, particularly fragile boxes, was handled separately and heavier furniture was properly secured. Unloading was also in good order, and most of the boxes were unloaded directly into the allocated rooms.

   I had a 5-star experience with this company’s movers. They packed some last-minute items we didn't have, kept us updated during the move, and, when we needed more boxes, delivered them! We had a smooth transition, all thanks to them!

   This place is a disgrace!! Do not book with them they took over $2,000 from me and all they did was take my phone call and never provided not one service. Take a look at all the reviews and check out the dates. They do not help that many people and get 5 stars every time. You know what that means! And also they rename and started a new business name every time their previous business name gets to many complaints. Make sure to check out all the 1 star reviews. Those are actual customers

   My experience with this moving company has been deeply disappointing and, at this point, feels exploitative. My original estimate was $15,000, yet the dispatcher now refusing to deliver my belongings unless I pay an unreasonable and exorbitant additional amount. My possessions are currently being held in a storage unit, despite my having already paid the agreed‑upon remaining balance of $4,000 via Zelle at the driver’s instruction. Several major issues occurred during my move: Unprepared and Unprofessional Service The driver, Bruce, arrived without the correct truck size, without proper packing materials, and without floor protection. Several valuables were left behind at the house due to lack of preparation. Failure to Follow Basic Contract Standards No chain of custody was maintained. Boxes were not labeled. The handling of my belongings was chaotic and far below industry standards. Misleading Information About Fees Bruce completed an inventory of my six‑bedroom home and never indicated that additional charges would be required. He instructed me to pay the remaining $4,000 balance directly to Kim Valazquez, which I did. Delayed and Improper Paperwork Required pre‑move documents were not provided until after the truck was loaded and I was already in St. Louis. I documented this when returning the paperwork. I have compiled a full timeline of events, including text messages, embedded documents, and Ring camera footage of the move. All of this evidence supports the pattern of mishandling, misrepresentation, and unreasonable demands. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic integrity has caused significant stress and financial harm. I hope they resolve this matter promptly, but I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.

    Unresponsive and Won’t Put Promises in Writing

    ★☆☆☆☆ One star When I was researching movers, I received a call from Ben at Sinatra Moving Group (broker, DOT 4546073). He initially got the price for my roughly 800-mile, 350-cubic-foot move down to $1,800, including an extra flight of stairs, and cited a carrier with a 4.37 rating on the Better Business Bureau. I thought I had finally found a reasonable option. Unfortunately, getting the terms in writing turned into a frustrating process. After several days of trying to get the estimate documented, David contacted me. He initially said he would call Friday, then said he needed to take care of his child and would call Saturday at 9:00 a.m. I held an hour on my calendar. When I hadn’t heard from him by 9:30, I reached out. He responded at 9:50 saying he would call at 10:00. I told him I had plans at 10:00, so he called at 9:55. Meanwhile, David sent me a $2,000 quote and said pricing had changed because we had gone from 40 days before the move to 35 days before the move. I asked him to honor the original $1,800 estimate, particularly since the move was still more than 30 days away. He transferred me to his manager, John. John sent an updated $1,800 quote, but it omitted several important terms we had discussed and contained conflicting information. He told me to call him to discuss it. I did, but he was busy, and I was told he would call me back. He never did. He also never responded to my follow-up email or contacted me again. The price ultimately reached the number I was looking for, but the company could not provide a clear, consistent contract reflecting what had been promised, and communication was repeatedly late or nonexistent. My main request was very simple: put your promises in writing. When the actual carrier is a different company, I want a contract I can refer to rather than having to say, “Ben told me this” or “David told me that,” with nothing documenting it and no one responding when I have questions. Movers are supposed to reduce the stress of moving. Instead, this process created another source of uncertainty before I had even hired them. If communication is this difficult while trying to secure my business, I have little confidence it would improve after they had my money and I had an actual problem to resolve. I ultimately decided to move myself. It will cost somewhat more, but at least I will know where my belongings are, who is responsible for them, and that they won’t disappear for 45 days or arrive damaged. I would not recommend Sinatra Moving Group based on my experience.
