   I have used Smilemoves twice now. The first short move was a brief 2 mile distance. Everything was done to a high standard with no fuss. This month I used them to move me 400 hundred miles. Their preparation was detailed and explicit. All my queries about the journey whether general or detailed were answered clearly and quickly. The guys who packed up my stuff were considerate and efficient. They were neither rushing nor slouching- just steady and careful - in packing my stuff into their vans. They were able to answer all my queries and concerns. This was fairly important as they were putting my stuff into a storage depot for me. In fact Simon advised me on how to make sure that the depository was of a good standard. I would recommend them very highly. They’re smart, polite, reasonably priced and super professional.

   Great service.

   We used Smile Moves last year to move us from London up to Leeds. We were recommended by friends who had used them a couple of years ago. We have finally unpacked all the boxes.No breakages after opening 120+ boxes. We opted for the full pack and move service which was so stress free , Eric Brian and Robbie I think were just amazing , great people to have around .Nothing was too much for them . I also have to mention Simon the owner who was hands on from coming round to carry out the survey to the items being packed up on the day . I just wanted to say what a great company this is and I would hesitate recommending them to anyone who is moving. Kind regards Stephen.

   My removal.

   These guys really lived up to their name - cheerful, friendly, they really did smile a lot. Everything was efficiently done and they were generous hearted - for example I had a big plant in a heavy pot which I would have left behind because it was difficult to move, but they volunteered to move it for me and did so, double checking when I chose to have it in a more accessible place that I really wanted it there rather than round the back which would have been more trouble. Although the tea stuff was packed separately they didn't produce it at the other end until they had nearly finished which really surprised me. It was a long day for all of us and we began to flag towards the end - but they still did a great job. I would certainly use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

   House move.

   Simon and his team took the stress out of packing and the removal. Their quote was the cheapest we received. Simon checked everything during his quotation so that there were no last minute surprises. He was also easily contactable prior to the completion date. They were professional throughout and worked hard over the two days, understanding that we had to work the packing and move around school drop-offs. All of the items arrived safely and in the condition they left. Fragile items were pristine upon arrival. Hanging items were able to be unpacked with ease. Upon arrival all items were labelled and delivered to the desired rooms in the house waiting to be unpacked. They really couldn't have done any more to make sure the removal went to plan.

   Big thanks to Simon and the team - they moved us from London to Leeds with great care and great service. They’d unpacked at the new house before we even arrived after we got delayed! Great with our children and cats too. Would definitely recommend.

   Amazing Removal Company Smile Moves.

   I have used Smile Moves 4 times and every time they are so helpful, friendly, organised and professional. No job or request is too much. On one occasion I needed my bed dissembled and then re assembled and they were able to do it. This last move was a big one as I was moving out of London and again it was so straightforward. Simon and the guys are so lovely. You really are left with a smile on your face from start to finish.

   House move

   Our house removal went smoothly until we were advised that some items had been left behind in the building's lift after we had locked up and had set off to our new home. Smile moves management left it almost 8 weeks before arranging to send a courier to deliver these remaining items to us. This was only after we advised Smile moves that we would arrange our own courier and claim back the cost through the small claims court procedure if he continued to delay. Norbert and his team are excellent house removers and I would not hesitate to recommend them. But our experience was marred by the management's indifferent attitude & decision to delay delivering our remaining items to us. Zero points for the management.

   cancelled the appointment last minute

   After read through all reviews I finally decided to book smile moves. However it ended with a disappointment. They cancelled my appointment in the last minute, even didn’t take the initiative to notice me. I knew it because I messaged them to double confirm some details. It’s just terrible, no solution only a “good luck to your house removal”. May I ask if this sentence can be a solution?

    Smiles agent gave a quote but on the moving day a wrecked ,torn rusty ,small van turned up with three of his mates in it. No luck trying to contact the agent so had to go with it. They stacked the household contents in the street and in public areas then drove off in a half filled van for 'prayers' . At destination goods were broken ,damaged or missing. When confronted they suggested I check the interior of their wrecked van ! Bring back hanging agent 02030029050.

It really upsets me when someone hacks into things to ruin someones reputation they have built over the years. SO PLEASE IGNORE THIS REVIEW AS IT IS NOT ABOUT OUR COMPANY..
