   Who would have thought..

   Upon requesting service the representative was kind and courteous (the reason for the 1 star). However, when the team arrived they made me aware of a different quoted price that was not outlined at the beginning of the contract. I was apprehensive but needed the service so I proceeded with the service. I was charged a rate for 3 hours + overages despite the employed movers talking and not using their time effectively. One even used my bathroom for an extended amount of time, sharing that his stomach hurt. This one particular mover also asked for items that he thought we were leaving behind for his personal use. The most shocking event was when the selected mover was assisting with mover a heavy piece of furniture and walked away stating “ I’m 60 years old and I’m not hurting myself”. Please note safety is the number one concern and he left the remaining movers in harm's way when he decided to walk away during the lifting of the furniture. These incidents were unacceptable and when shared with the company (Robert) they credited me 50.00 after charging an additional 200.00 for time spent. After they rendered services we still were responsible for moving two truckloads of Items that were not moved because of the poor management of time. (The total distance of the move was total of 7nminutes by car ride!).

   Horrible with NO PROFESSIONALISM.

   This is a terrible company from the Arrogant owner Robert to the incompetent guy Jose that works in the office! Scheduled my move one month in advance and they were LATE notifying me that all trucks were running behind, which threw off my entire day! When I spoke with the OWNER he took no responsibility for the issue or how it was handled! I admittedly fired off at him when he had the audacity to tell me he doesn't want to do business with me because I only had a $500 move!?! I had to recruit a new company at the 11th hour, with neyyer prices and quality might I add.. DONE! The Better Business Bureau is going to love this company when Im done! Disgusting business practices.

   Almost two hours late.

   They were late and never called. I was left waiting for them. I spoke to them the night before and the day of move. I can understand things happening but call? When I spoke to the owner he was even worst. The price was very high to begin. I never got the work done and now have to higher someone else. I have to say I was very surprised by the owner. This is not a person you would ever want to go to for a problem.he was worst then the drivers.
