   Couldn't ask for better service!!

   Hi all When I start to look for shipment companies I got recommendation from good friend of mine who used Stephen Morris when they moved from the UK to Israel. Still, I wanted to check prices with other companies before I decide which one to use. All the providers promised their quote won’t have any hidden fees which wasn’t the case. It was very hard to compare the different quotes and understand what will be the final price. Each provider use different names for different items. It took me three weeks to understand the full price from each provider. The only company that sent me one full price, without breaking it to items, was Stephen Morris. More than that, Stephen Morris quote was the lowest. When Stephen came to estimate the size of my shipment he was very polite and professional. He left me with assurance that they will take good care with the packing of the valuable items. The team that came to pack the house was polite, professional and patient. They took extra care with all the valuable items. Due to this, all items arrived to destination at the same condition they left my house. I really couldn’t ask for better service I got from Stephen, David and the packing team!     .

   Still waiting for claim for damage.

   The packing was beautiful but flaw in how inside shelves were not removed and wrapped separately. Needless to say my display cabinet with bow glass was broken. Now can't find someone reputable to remanufacture here in the US. I sent in a claim 5 going on six months ago with numerous inquiries and even wrote to BAR which is suppose to oversee their trade. Do not recommend for shipping from England to US.
