   Very knowledgeable. These guys know what they’re doing! Ramses took care of every detail for us. From our home here in the U.S. all the way to our new home in Mexico, everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you so much!!

   This company did wonderful work for us and came through as promised and no crazy surprises. They immediately called us back after our initial email inquiry they speak perfect english and spanish. Quick to quote and clean clear simple contract process. I had called 2 other companies: 1 no call back and the other one was very unprofessional and kinda confusing to say the least. Stevens International arrived and picked up our load in MICHIGAN and delivered everything intact to Yucatan. The whole move was simplified they do it ALL: transport clearance and delivery. Quick and clean service. They were proactive and experienced, our Menaje de Casas paperwork was corrected, refined and polished by them prior to me taking it to the consulate offices. We had made a couple of bad listing mistakes and misread some serial numbers eeeek. I was very pleasantly surprised how cool and collected they were with me and my family being so anxious and nervous. Thank you Stevens International for everything. Eddie and Ramses were a pleasure to work with. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them, very reasonable prices too. Peter, Maria and Family Now in Mexico :).

   These guys are awesome and honest. I contracted them to do my Seattle to Mexico move and they were prompt and professional. The contract was clear and to the point. No surprises here. They even helped me taking my dogs and their stuff to Mexico. They know all the right moves and are fluently bilingual too !! Very happy and nothing broken or missing. So appreciative they made my move SO EASY. This is the reason we moved to Mexico simplicity and can do attitude. Call them, you will be so happy you did.

   Stevens International LLC- The Mexico Moving Specialists.

   This company is awesome and so professional. They were very careful with my family's cargo. The helped me box up some of my larger items and moved my old family piano. They are DOT registered, prompt and on time. Polite, clean and professional crew. Fluently bilingual and know what they are doing when crossing international borders. They were recommended by another friend who had also moved to Mexico a few months earlier. He also was very happy with their services. They are the SAME company on both sides of the border and the SAME level of service in Mexico and the USA. This company gave me peace of mind and helped calm my moving anxiety. The contract was simple and to the point. The price did not change and there were NO surprise charges. They are very knowledgeable about US Mexico Customs; they ALSO helped guide me thru the Mexico consulate aduanas menaje paperwork. Ramses was my point of contact and he was very patient with me and my endless questions and concerns. I reviewed them and found happy customers and this is why I happily and wholeheartedly TRULY RECOMMEND THEM to you all.

   Stevens International and Ramses Stevens Not Recommended

   Terrible experience from beginning to end. Company and Ramses Stevens NOT recommended. The reason we chose to work with Ramses is that he promised he would fly drivers to our home in Oregon who would rent a Penske truck and then this truck would go to Tucson, where Stevens International is located. Then Ramses stated our belongings would be transferred to a truck that would not be shared and that truck would go directly to our new home in Mexico. To put it mildly, none of this occurred. Instead of a Penske, a large trailer truck was dropped at our house. As it became clear, this truck also picked up other loads. Ramses was always vague as to where this truck was actually. When after considerable delay, he stated the truck has arrived in Tucson,more excuses followed. Again it became clear that the truck that has left Tucson picked up other loads. Ramses was always vague as to where the truck was and when it would arrive. First it was bandits on the road causing the delay and then mechanical difficulties. Finally he admitted that his truck was carrying more than our load. In addition he stated the he had to unload the truck for further inspections for an added fee of $900. Initially he had told us that if there was a need to unload he would videotape the process. Now he told us that videotaping was not allowed by law. All along the process he was flippant when we asked for details. When we told him we were having difficulties with our Airbnb and needed clearer details as to the estimated arrival, he told us to pretend we were 17 year olds having fun living out of our backpacks. Finally our goods did arrive. A beat up truck with a couple of hapless workers not in any uniform or t-shirt indicating actual employees arrived. Essentially we were forced to pay the $900 to get him out of our life. After unpacking we realized a number of items had not arrived. By this time we did not want to deal with him again and we were just glad to have the process over with. This company and its owner misrepresent what they offer, act in an unprofessional manner, take advantage of clients by demanding payment prior to the delivery of goods and then charge extra without any proof. They charge as much as a professional company.
