   After 30 years of being in business moving is always the biggest hassle. Sureway took the hassle out of the move. Wilmar, Jorge and Camilo showed up on time and completed the job early. Thank you for doing what Ana said you would do. GREAT JOB!!

   Moving.

   Everyone hates to move but I thank God for the gentlemen at Sureway Moving. My first contact was with Samy Sultan, ultimate professional, was on time and very helpful. Moving day was a well orchestrated job, needed to pick up furniture from son's house then on to my move. Chance, Michael and Tom exceeded my expectations. They were so careful and knowledgeable. I would whole heartily recommend Sureway, hopefully I would not have to move again but if I did I would not trust anyone else!

   I Was Very Impressed.

   I have heard so many horror stories about movers in Florida that I was very leery. This move was hassle free. The men were there early for the pick up and delivery. They worked quickly and efficiently. The staff, from my first call to the office to the final delivery, was friendly, courteous and very professional. I was not able to move in for a few days and they held the furniture on the truck for me. Everything that was promised was done. I could not be happier with their service.

   This is the 3rd time in 6 years that I used this moving company  i  find  them to be  completely up  front  and  extremely  honest   and reliable they  just  left  my  daughters  house  about 3 1/2 hours  ago  I am writting  this  at  1.30 am my  son in law   and  daughter  were   amazed   on   how  carefrul  they  were  in  wraping and handling their  belongings .  they  were  more   amazed  when  the  men  were   unloading and  bringing  and  assembling  as if it was  their  own  .  while  they  were unloadind  it  started  to  rain  they  protected  and  covered  all  furniture in addition  to  what  was  on already  .  after   assembling   all  furniture  .  my   daughter  could not  locate  a  glass shelf .  the  mover  told  her  what  it  was  wrapped  in .   and  my  son in law  . put it in his closet  by error .they  would not leave until  every  thing was  assembled  and  all furniture was  put  where  my  daughter  wanted  it  .  i  used  them to  move  from  FL  to  SC   6  years  ago  my   son  used  them  with in state  of  FL  .  in  all 3 moves  nothing  broken  damaged  missing  or  scratched  . my  complements  to  Robert   and  his  staff thank you again for  an outstanding  job.

   The worst mover.

   sureway or elite sureway the same company.They are not professionals,they have ruined my couchand other articles of furniture.They try to squeeze my couch througha small doorway and then they dropped on the ground. I have two rips on each end of the couch the wood on the couch is all scratched up.They said that they will fix it a month later and still not fix.So if you are moving call another company

   Scam of a company.

   Utilized this "service" back in February to move into my new home. I had almost every piece of my furniture damaged in someway. My walls were horribly damaged and they ripped up the threading on my stairs from pulling a dolley up. I contacted "Ana" right away and sent all my damages with proof of purchase and photos..I never heard back from her. I gave it a few months do to COVID, and tried time and time again to call her. Christin, the manager, said she would call me back, day in and day out..she never called back. Cristian then made promise after promise of sending a payment to me. After that never happened, I posted a review on YELP. Within minutes, he contacted me back and threatened to withhold the money for my damages unless I took the post down. I was then promised he would hand deliver the check to me. When that never happened, he said he mailed it..that was two weeks ago. He has now blocked my number. I have turned the issue over to my attorney and have filed in court. Not only are they severely lacking in customer service and basic business skills, they don't even know when to make things right. Now there will be legal and court fees attached to this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   Bad and irresponsible service.

   Do not use SUREWAY MOVING AND STORAGE, stay away from this irresponsible company. We hired the move and storage of our furniture and belongings in their warehouse. They packed and picked up the move without making a list since they said “everything will be stored in an exclusive vault for us”. After several months they delivered back the move and we found that several boxes were missing with the most valuable items such as silverware, branded purses, a very expensive 8 x 4 foot painting, a king bed and an English style table among many other things, valued over $ 30.000.00. Isn’t it suspicious that everything of value has been "LOST"? Sureway paid the value of the bed while asked time to look for the missing items. After few months they informed they didn’t find anything and since we didn’t have a list of the items moved, which they never did, they were not going to pay anything else.

    Worst Experience Ever.

    Sureway Moving and Storage failed to deliver their most basic service offered. They lost serval belongings of mine, broke my bed, terrible service. I had my belongings in storage with Sureway Moving for approximately 6 months. I placed a moving date for these belongings to be delivered and placed in my new apartment on June 5th. The problem starts when the moving truck arrives, the two men that came in the truck started to unload the vehicle and I realized that they had placed several belongings which were delicate without any type of protection, among them; mattress exposed to dust and deterioration for who knows how long with no protection, bed which is made out of solid wood, partially assembled but starched and exposed to damage from negligence. The men were not professional, they did not take responsibility to assemble the bed, when I claimed this and asked them to assemble the bed they realized they had broke it and that it was not going to be able to put together. Upon reviewing the boxes and personal belongings that they delivered to the doorstep of my apartment, several items were missing. 2 Boxes with the last name written on them, they contained electronic goods such as: apple tv, xbox 360, security camara set, vinyl record player, sonos speaker bar, all approximately worth more than $2K additionally they lost three designer lamps which were part of the items in storage which I payed 7 months + to be kept safe and in good condition. The lamps together cost approximately $500. The bed retailed for $900. The men finished delivering the boxes to my door and then wanted a tip, they told me that they would place a claim and that I would get a refund of all the things that were missing and the bed that was damaged, they told me that this happens "all the time and that customers get a great refund back". I felt somehow confident that they were telling the truth. Later to realize that it has been approximately 3 weeks and I have contacted the managers and representatives from the company serval times and they have still not even told me how they can compensate this problem. I spent over $1000 in storage with them for more than 6 months and additionally lost more than 3K in personal items and they refuse to compensate and meet their ethical obligations.
