   Needed a move quickly and I got an estimate from Cal within a couple days! He came out and wrote me up a quote! He sent out a couple guys who moved me into my new apt painlessly! Thank you the movers! Will def recommend to my friends and family.

   Great Job.

   Tony and Daniel moved me from St. Pete to Largo, both guys were great, very professional. They worked quick and moved the heavy stuff upstairs without any damage. Will definitely use again.

   Cost.

   Quote was much higher than the estimate given. Small one bedroom apartment moved one mile. The only large piece of furniture was a bed and closet. Estimate given -  2hrs at $89 per hour plus $89 fee for truck. Charged for over 4hrs plus a truck fee.

   The Movers Moving and Storage.

   The guys that moved us had high energy BUT they were not trained on how to pack/protect items such ad coffee tables, china chests, stoves/appliances. We had a damaged coffee table, stove and china chest due to poor packing. The worst part about this company is that when you have a claim for damage, they state that "You don't have coverage for damaged items. What you do have is insurance on those damaged goods that pays sixty cents per pound AND there is a $2,500 deductible." Then when you try to discuss this matter with the claims manager he only communicates by email. No phone calls. I strongly suggest that you use another mover who is upfront with damage coverage and trains their workers. Thanks for viewing.

   The WORST movers I have ever used.

   Broken items, well more than estimate, furniture held hostage until paid in cash and missing Rolex Watch. Owner accused me of lying and trying to get out of paying. Do NOT use this company you will be sorry!

   Horrible!

   BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT hire this company or you will REGRET it! I was left stranded for 5 days without half my furniture (no bed or couch to sleep on) and not once did I receive a call telling me they weren’t coming. I called over and over, day after day, and was told dispatch was working on it. The last day I was forced to pay an extra $500 and sign the contract stating that everything was inspected and delivered in good condition BEFORE they would finish delivering the other half of my furniture! I was held hostage! Not surprisingly, damages to several items. It’s a 3-bedroom condo that took 5 days to get all my belongings and they had the nerve to charge me $3000! Adding salt to my wound, they left my office desk in the hallway outside the condo (in the elements) blocking my neighbor’s front door for 3 days! The worst company ever with very shady business practices. Spare yourself a horrible experience!
