   Great movers!

   Really appreciated these guys! We are new to the State and with all our frustrations we had with our truck arriving the Side Guy’s were awesome, and fast at unloading all our stuff, which was a lot! Very courteous and dependable which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

   These guys are great.

   They did everything I asked. Showed up on time and packed great. I think that some of these other reviewers won’t be satisfied with anything. It’s moving, it’s dirty and sweaty. They also moved my girlfriend out of her apartment a couple of years ago. Her old tv that was like 6 years old did not work after the move, but they replaced the value of it. I will be using them again.

   Damaged Furniture due to negligence - unprofessional.

   We provided the The Side Guy Movers 20 moving blankets to ensure our heavy wood furniture wouldn't be damaged. Felipe and his employee neglected to utilize them and stated they were professionals and not to worry about anything. Upon arriving to our destination, all of our wood furniture was heavily damaged and likely needs replaced instead of repair. I contacted Felipe immediately but he wouldn't answer my calls and didn't respond to text until a few hours later. I sent him all of the documentation, photos, etc. with ZERO response. I follow up with a text 3 days later to inquire about what was going to be done to make this right and have received ZERO response still. Felipe's attitude at my home and arrogance has matched his professionalism - poor. If you are licensed and insured, you don't run from a concern, you handle it immediately and do the right thing. Very displeased and urge others to BEWARE.

   The Side Guys will damage your property.

   Do not use these guys if you have hardwood floors in your house!! They drug my furniture across the floor and created damage every place that there was a piece of furniture to be moved. When I pointed out the damage to them they acted as if they didn't see anything and basically called me a liar and that I was trying to set them up for damage that I did. Even after that conversation, I caught them red-handed dragging furniture across the floor. They were not careful when loading items. Furniture was basically thrown into the storage unit and not wrapped properly. It was obvious as soon as they arrived that they wanted to go as fast as possible and get on to another job. I paid them for 2 hours and they haphazardly did the work in 1 hour instead of taking the care that they should have.
