   Brilliant Service & Amazing Price.

   Booked for 11am and the guy range the doorbell at 11.00am on a Saturday morning. Despite me offering to help out, the guy did most of the work. Was patient and took his time to arrange and organise all the furniture in a nice and clean way. This was definitely not because he wanted to get more time but to care of my belongings.  The prices were just great. Couldn't believe I got that rate esp in London. £25.00 per hour for a 1 man show.

   Last minute call!

   Needed a man with a van at the last minute. Excellent reaction from the Y.V.C. They arrived on time and did exactly what I asked. I have and will recommend them to friends and colleagues as they not only do 'what it says on the tin' but do it at a reasonable price! Great company, should go far! Blimey! Google says I must write at least 380 - 400 characters! How extraordinary, underneath it says 'no more than 100. What to do? Stop now! That's enough!

   Furniture pick up and delivery.

   I had some furniture collected from Edgware and delivered to Finchley this morning and the two guys who did this for me were amazing! They called with questions regarding the pick up location and called to say they were 10 mins away. They were very friendly and always acted very professionally. After my items had been picked up they then called me again outside of my house to ask for advice regarding parking. I was home alone for the delivery and I felt like I was in good hands as they were fantastic. I have had amazing service and I only booked the van yesterday. I would highly recommend and would certainly use again. Thanks.

   Great hire!

   The Yellow Van company was professional from the beginning. We booked via the website after closing hours the day before we needed them and were promptly sent an email stating that we'd be contacted in the morning to confirm our booking as sometimes bookings are made by mistake (we actually booked twice, and were able to cancel one with no charge). The man and van arrived right on time and outside the correct door. A very useful and fast service, which we will use again in the future for any moves.

   House Move.

   Fantastic Service!! I moved from London to Brighton and the staff that took my call once I booked online and the driver who did my move on the day could not have been better. The van was clean and smelled lovely inside and the driver (Graham) was a lovely bloke. I have heard horror stories in the past of people being let down by other companies, but trust that you are in safe hands with these guys. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. 5 Star service.

   World class removal service.

   Turned up on time and George was incredibly helpful and worked very hard. He made what is supposed to be a stressful process completely stress free. He arrived at our new premises earlier than expected but was more than happy to grab a coffee and wait for us (we were stuck in traffic). Worked tirelessly to mske the process as smooth as possible. Thank you George! 10/10!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a moving service.

   Move to bournmouth.

   Very easy and smooth driver was very helpful. I also had to change time and booking which was no problem for excellent customer service. I have used other companies that are three times the price with poor service. There fore I cannot recomend these guys enough thanks big yellow vans. They also allowed me to carry my small dog on the trip and the driver even stoped so I could walk him.

   Man and van.

   Excellent service from both driver and customer service. Big yellow vans are obviously a very large company they are not be confused with the yellow van company. I have used them a couple of times and each time they have been truly excellent. They are also very well priced charging at times half the price of other companies I have rang. I would recomend these guys to any one who wants good service and price with the confort of useing a alrge company.

    Horrible customer service.

    Brian over the phone was really disrespectful and super dismissive over anything I had to say over a miscommunication they happened because of their incompetence to take an email address down correctly. It's not about the money its the principle I was told a call back would occur nothing did for 3 days and I had to ring them back. Explained to them multiple times the issues and we just wanted a refund of the deposit that's all. No managers ever available to talk horrible customer service.
