   Work like fast & furious!

   Glad I called Top Country Moving for the move. The whole process of packing and unpacking was completed in very little time. They were a very friendly crew. I really like them and highly recommend them to all my friends.

   Thieves & Cons

   Complete trash. Never showed up with the full trailer. Used a Uhaul instead, then told me I had to pay for another truck to be sent in to get the rest to transport to semi. They steal more money from me, damage most of my stuff and shows up in 2 uhauls. They never had a truck, they lied on the estimate, they broke most of my stuff and won’t let me file a claim. They stole an additional $1700 the day of drop off and held my belongings hostage unless I paid. Tony is a thief and Rachel is an incompetent slut.

   RUN!

   This company is only as good as their word and the contractors they hire, neither of which are worth the aggravation. They will promise your items won't leave the truck they're loaded on and honestly can't control what the contracted company does with your stuff. They will promise timely delivery, but the contractor might let your items sit for 90+ days in a storage unit. And if there are any problems at all, they suddenly don't have to take responsibility, because it's all "the contractor." We moved from the Midwest to the southeast, all while my husband was going through cancer treatment, and this company made us wish we threw everything we owned in the trash and just lived without furniture until we could replace it. It was frustrating, the broken and lost items were heartbreaking, and the utter lack of respect or understanding has soured our opinion on utilizing moving companies at all. Hire someone to load a U-Haul, hire someone to drive it straight to your destination. Hire someone to unload it. Don't use these brokers unless you want your life uprooted for months while you wait for your items, and your items ruined or lost in the process with no help from them.

   Avoid at all costs

   Low quality broker. Don't care about reputation of companies they broker move to. Be very early of initial estimate of cubic footage for move and don't give them non-refundable deposit. Shop elseewhere and you will be happy that you did.

   I cannot even express adequately in words how horrible this company is! The women that work there are nothing more than hags and liars. One of them actually was so outrageous to swear on her unborn child that she was telling me the truth about why my daughters items has still not arrived in a timely manner! They are disgusting and deplorable people. We could never even contact the broker. We went with a police officer over to “their location” only to find out that it’s a dummy office in Deerfield Beach. I understand that people need a job but I could never imagine being such a low life that I would work for people that I knew that were prevaricator‘s and had no souls. They lost my daughter’s items. She has had to sleep on an air mattress for over a month because they kept telling her her stuff was coming and it never did. They don’t care, they never called back.    Delay after delay after delay

   Supposedly our trailer was headed to Florida the 30th. I've called them twice a week since the estimated delivery date of the 10th. We've gotten a different fucking excuse for why we don't have our stuff every time we call. Today, Top Country said according to the brokered movers dispatch center, they still have deliveries to make ahead of ours and we won't see our stuff until after the first of the year. If you use movers, make sure it's not through a shitty broker. Hire someone direct or do it yourself.

   PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!! USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!! There prices kept changing every time they call, be mindful when they are doing inventory, I told them my TV is 7P inches they put it down for 42inches, they make it sound less but when they a final inventory they will be changing the size and weight of your household goods that increase your payments the last minute, when they know for sure you can't do much due to time left for your move. My stuff were broken and some missing. They either pick up late or drop off late NEVER THE SCHEDULED TIME!!. I ignored other people reviews and I come to regret, please don't ignore this , I would hate to see other people go through what I want through. Please be advised!!

   Never pay an upfront deposit. You’ll never get your money back. I was given an estimate for my 86 year old mother’s move on a Friday and was given 48 hours to cancel. After reading horrible reviews and weeks before her anticipated move date I tried to cancel. My cancellation request was denied and they refused to return my $1227 deposit. I have since moved Mom and have no intention of moving long distance again. Any reputable company would have credited the money back. Obviously Top Country is desperate. They have no qualms about keeping money for literally nothing.

    Bunch of crooks working with other bunch of crooks

    The whole process is shady right from beginning. They take money and hire the worst movers who will break everything you got. All my furniture is broken and I got mold on my mattress..please save yourself a lot of stress, stay away from them.. my 10,000$ furniture is destroyed by these guys.. go hire a local movers and pay an extra buck to get that peace of mind..
