   I went with Touchwood Mover and had a stress free move. The 3 movers that came to my place, helped me with dismantling and wrapping my furniture pieces. They did a meticulous job and things were delivered to my new place without any complications. I will recommend going with them for a great moving experience

   Excellent service

   My overall experience with touchwood movers was flawless. I had used their storage for a few months and on the day of the move the stuff had to be moved from both the storage and the house which made me a little worried but they showed excellence in making sure that the process was as smooth as possible for which I’m thankful to them. 10/10 recommend their services.

   Local Moving

   it was great experience for moving my stuff from 3 bdrm house to Storage. 2 men, very careful handling, moving, polite and energetic. Each furniture piece was wrapped/covered before handling to prevent from damage which was great thing to me. I am hiring them again to move stuff from Storage to my new 5 bdrm house.

   Regional Move.

   Dan was in constant communication at the quotation and moving stages. The 2 young men, who did the moving, were very polite and courteous. They were careful with everything that was to be moved. They wrapped furniture to ensure it didn't get scratched or marked up. They put mats down on the floor so the floors were protected and the work continued. When it came to placing the load into the storage facility, they knew how to pack it properly and safely. I highly recommend them and will be using them to move my things from storage into my new home.

   Moving experience

   David Brown, moving consultant was efficient, polite. Two gentlemen, especially the elderly gentleman who came to my house packed my boxes, furniture were polite, efficient. The driver who drove long distance shipping my belongings to California was also polite, efficient. The only trouble I had was dealing with their boss, Bulent/Bolevant. He was extremely polite on the phone at the beginning of my moving process until the last minute when I asked him the process for my payment through e-transfer, he got very angry with me. I was not happy with that experience especially I didn’t owe the company any money. If I didn’t have the bad experience with him I would give this experience 5 stars.

   Do not use this mover

   We hired them for a full service move- everything seemed to be professional until the day of packing arrived. The guys were late, spent more time taking breaks, harassing my son etc. they had no common sense and packed my items with little care. When I called the manager, Bobby said “if you just want to complain then I’m not going to do the job”. Out of fear I gave in and asked him to have his guys leave and we would do packing ourselves. He harassed me and yelled at me then proceeded to charge my visa double for work that wasn’t done. So many of my items were damaged and broken from their bad packing. When I requested information about their insurance they refused to provide. I have thousands of dollars of damage not to mention the emotional and loss of items that were special. Please do not hire them you will regret it.

   We took the contract to do the packing and moving. On the day of packing, the working conditions were horrendous. At the end of the day, the packers felt humiliated, harassed and were denied basic amenities like water. An altercation with our staff member the next day forced us to cancel the moving and we ended up returning the deposit as well. We only billed for a meagre 6 hour labor for packing (spent 8 hours) and supplies cost as we delivered more than 250 boxes and other supplies which we never got back. - TouchWood Movers Team
