David Brown, moving consultant was efficient, polite. Two gentlemen, especially the elderly gentleman who came to my house packed my boxes, furniture were polite, efficient. The driver who drove long distance shipping my belongings to California was also polite, efficient. The only trouble I had was dealing with their boss, Bulent/Bolevant. He was extremely polite on the phone at the beginning of my moving process until the last minute when I asked him the process for my payment through e-transfer, he got very angry with me. I was not happy with that experience especially I didn’t owe the company any money. If I didn’t have the bad experience with him I would give this experience 5 stars.

Touchwood Movers were excellent in making sure my belongings arrived without any damages from Vaughan to Windsor. Great management and company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for legit quality movers.

I went with Touchwood Mover and had a stress free move. The 3 movers that came to my place, helped me with dismantling and wrapping my furniture pieces. They did a meticulous job and things were delivered to my new place without any complications. I will recommend going with them for a great moving experience

We hired them for a full service move- everything seemed to be professional until the day of packing arrived. The guys were late, spent more time taking breaks, harassing my son etc. they had no common sense and packed my items with little care. When I called the manager, Bobby said “if you just want to complain then I’m not going to do the job”. Out of fear I gave in and asked him to have his guys leave and we would do packing ourselves. He harassed me and yelled at me then proceeded to charge my visa double for work that wasn’t done. So many of my items were damaged and broken from their bad packing. When I requested information about their insurance they refused to provide. I have thousands of dollars of damage not to mention the emotional and loss of items that were special. Please do not hire them you will regret it.
