   My experience

   On the phone they answered all the questions that I needed, and when I met my movers, they were all really nice. When I asked about any of my furniture they told me exactly what needed to be done. I think that this is a company that I would go with in future jobs.

   Seamless

   My move to Puerto Rico was pretty strenuous but it worked out in the end. I was just trying to get the job done, and Transparent really helped me get through the initial process with ease. I think that they do really good work and would definitely recommend to my friends in the future

   Transparent was very helpful with how they explained things. The workers were all really nice, and one even came over with coffee for me. They were very straight forward with everything that had to be done and I think I really got to learn a lot from the experience. Thank you!

   Used Transparent last year and had a very smooth experience. Very good customer support, and super nice people! I really do recommend using them for your moves in the future. They explain everything to a T!

   Crooks Skipped Town

   Transparent is GONE and so is your money. The sub-human SCUMBAGS who took it: Jacob Hodgeson, John Devico, Steve Brodie. Your goods are most likely located here: 160 Alabama Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11207. If you have the physical capability yourself, rent a truck, go and pickup your stuff (otherwise these guys are used to dealing with Transparent Crooks International: http://dtsny.net/) (they did mine, ask for Mike, you'll have to pay them, your Transparent money is GONE) The problem you need to make an appointment with the warehouse worker: "Jimmy Diaz" Unfortunately the Transparent phone number is now gone as is Jimmy's email at Transparent. I will post more info if I can get it, how to contact this Jimmy is the KEY. I drove to Brooklyn 3 times before I got hold of him. That is the key, getting hold of Jimmy Diaz. mrunning1@gmail.com

   Fraudulant Company! Never Received my goods!

   I contacted this company last year and I have never received my shipment. I paid thousands of dollars for a door-to-door service overseas, yet they never paid the destination agent and ghosted me after trying to claim it wasn’t their fault. I paid for my service in full and have received nothing. This company is probably committing fraud and scamming multiple users.

   Still waiting for my property to be delivered

   This company is a scam. I hired them for a move from Seattle, WA to Germany. I signed the contract tract with them in January 2025, paid the fees by April, and had them pick up my items mid April 2025. They saod it would take up to 16 weeks for my items to be delivered to Germany. It is now January 2026 and I still haven't received my items, and the company just keeps gaslighting me. The European moving agent confirmed that Transparent has not paid their invoice and is holding my items hostage until that invoice gets paid. And now the company barely replies to my requests, and when they do, they don't provide any information. If you check other sites, you will also find plenty of similar cases and reviews.
