If you have the physical capability yourself, rent a truck, go and pickup your stuff (otherwise these guys are used to dealing with Transparent Crooks International: http://dtsny.net/) (they did mine, ask for Mike, you'll have to pay them, your Transparent money is GONE)
The problem you need to make an appointment with the warehouse worker: "Jimmy Diaz" Unfortunately the Transparent phone number is now gone as is Jimmy's email at Transparent. I will post more info if I can get it, how to contact this Jimmy is the KEY. I drove to Brooklyn 3 times before I got hold of him. That is the key, getting hold of Jimmy Diaz.
