   Held me hostage to pay!

   Do NOT hire Moving Specialist US Florida! I spoke to Mike who told me it would cost $99 an hour. This is the text message sent after speaking with him. I’d like to highlight that it states complementary services like blankets & shrink wrap. Morning of they have a contract that I sign with more fees, gas for traveling from Championship Gate which why would I hire someone coming from that far away?! And want to pay a $96 fuel fee for less than a mile moving?! A truck cleaning fee of $75 even though the truck wasn’t dirty from moving a 1 bedroom apartment of items. No plants, broken glass, etc. “2 professional movers” were kids with slides on their feet & destroyed items of mine. They showed up late to my house & took forever to load the truck. My BF & helped them. But the best part is they held me hostage for payment after I was already showing signs of distress from what this might cost me. For a mile away move from a living room full of items ready to go into a studio apartment it took them 5 + hours?! And made me Zelle the payment before they would unload the truck. Mind you the truck is a trailer attached to a truck. So for $99 an hour in my mind turns out to cost me $722!!!! I don’t know how they get away with this type of business model.    We hadn't seen the reviews before we booked them but they haven't changed from everyone else's reviews. We're told on the phone and chat that we wouldn't be charged until they were done so that the hours were calculated correctly. However, we're then told we had to pay nearly $1000 before they unpacked anything. They changed us for the 3+ hours they were late due to a flat tire, a half hour+ lunch and the half hour+they needed to drive to Walmart for a tool to take the doors off our fridge (which they dropped getting it out of the trailer). They refused to take the glass tops to my desk, saying they didn't have anything to wrap them in, even tho we were told they would. Broke three boxes of glass/ceramics because they dropped out of the back of the trailer when they opened the door. Avoid at all costs

   Scams, Lies, and Deceipt

   Was quoted, in writing, by email $90.00 per hour, minimum 3hours, plus $69 fuel surcharge. Text message for start time came at 10:30 am. By 12:30 pm truck was at storage unit 2 hours after start, unload time when it was finally done took half an hour. Total should have been $339.00 + tax. Driver had us sign a document with some numbers on it. After the truck was loaded, he ADDED numbers to it and said the total was $805.00!! The manager, who stated his name was "Mike" accused me of making threats before I finished the first sentence, obviously he was scripted from plenty of practice with the situation. After 5 minutes he tried explaining that the call was being recorded where I immediately told him I now hope it was as You're supposed to LEGALLY disclose recorded calls upfront as it's a crime to record a call without upfront disclosure. By the way, Mike's real name is Igor Titov. After my friends from the Broward Sheriffs Dept. showed up, he agreed to almost the original number and instructed his movers to leave the furniture in the parking lot of the storage facility, my vehicle was parked where they couldn't move so they had no choice but to put it in the storage unit. It wasn't the driver's issue so we left them a tip and let them know they should never contract from them again. I am starting a class action suit against them so I need 4 more people to jump aboard and help stop these scammers from doing this again!

   Worst experience !!!

   Was given an estimate of 800 to pick up my items put it in a storage for two weeks and then delivered it to my home.. Explain to the sales manager I had a two bedroom apartment.listed sofa,tvs,beds night stand tv stand 12 totes paintings. First of all the supervisors/driver said we get paid by the hour so… faster the better. Cash please he said 350 then and I need your signature on these 8 pages. After everything was loaded he called his office. He said you need to pay us $5345.cash only. After several back and forth with the woman in the office that said I was a liar for not listing shovel , tools and 4 extra totes they left with my cash and items in an undisclosed warehouse.Until I’m ready for final delivery. I was also informed that the final amount would be paid on delivery. So…. We’ll see! $6145 as of today.until next two weeks. I felt violated!!! Homestead to Ocala Florida.

   Stay away from these scammers

   Contacted these hustlers for a quote and was quoted: $325 for a 3 hour move + any aditional hours at $90 per hour. $55 for fuel. After signing the contact and all my stuff packed into their truck I get the following bogus charges added to the contract and the truck was still at the old location. These were added when I was not around and sent to me via text: $98.89 Fuel charge. $540 for 6 hours. $75 Truck cleaning fee. $118.5 Packaging materials ( They said they would come with boxes and no boxes were offered, I had to look for empty boxes in the property garbage can) They were supposed to be there at 3pm and got there at 4pm. Move ended at 7:20pm $832.39 fee was paid when they arrived at the final destination. Manager said that a zelle refund will be given for unused time. Manger and or workers did not provide a refund. Manager stopped responding after he requested my zelle number. I have tried to contact the manager after numerous times for the refind to no avail. Do not use these scammers they take advantage of the fact that your belongins are in their truck and are held for ransome. Zelle was sent to Leonid Poplevin 5619189394. People beware these guys are scum bags and will force you to pay triple for your move. These guys will get busted one of these days Karma is a bitch!

   Quoted a price. Charged triple the amount. They were late. Not professional. Office staff rude. Damaged my furniture, my door frame. Changed contract after i signed. Would not unload my stuff until i over paid them. DO NOT USE!!

The positive reviews are all fake and done by the company it shows they are all from the same IP address as the business! Don’t use let’s get them out of business so they don’t hurt anymore families!!

   Total shameless scam

   We were quoted $99 an hour for a move and on the day they arrived, the movers brought documents with many hidden fees. We had to be moved by that day so, reluctantly, we signed. They held our belongings hostage until we sent the over $1,000 fee to them via Zelle to some guy named Joe with a Gmail account. The movers ruined some of our furniture, as well, by taping directly, instead of using moving pads (which were quoted as being in the cost) Never again. Beware of this scammer. May their business go bust. Karma must get them. I wish we had sued them.

    Liars and scammers.

    I’m guessing the good reviews are from the owner and movers themselves because I have never, in the times I’ve used movers,had a more disrespectful,dishonest, conniving and deceitful moving company. The worst part is I found them for my daughter. We were told it was $99 hr with a $37 charge for service I was sent an email explaining the move time estimate and when movers would arrive. So let’s begin with the good. The movers were an hr early, and that ends the good. Per my daughter who took pictures of the damage , they “ jacked up the walls” banging into them, took 4,5 hrs to load a truck ,even though we had boxed up and moved the majority of the smaller items ,boxes before they came, leaving the bigger items for them. After they finally loaded the truck they sent my daughter a bill for 8 hrs of work ( now this is before they actually got to the new destination) which is a 40 min drive,but somehow took them 2,5 hrs. After having been assured it shouldn’t have taken more than 4 hrs she’s billed for 8 hrs with add ons,never previously disclosed, and a variety of other add ins such as “ heavy item” Um,excuse me,you’re a frigging moving company,of course there are heavy items, and how do you judge them to be over 200 lbs?? Never saw you plop the tv on a scale. Tried to call the owner Joe and complain. He lied and said we were told about added costs, so very not true, said he sent me an email about add ons, also not true. I’m sorry so long, so I’ll, cut it short,there is so much more I could say. In case you’re still considering them, my last tidbit is they sent my daughter a bill 3 times bigger than estimated and informed her they would not unload the truck unless they were paid, so they hold your items hostage. By far the most deceitful,unprofessional company,not just moving, company I have ever dealt with. The owner just laughed at me when I called, stated all charges were disclosed, absolutely a lie. So with the picture of the damage caused by the movers hopefully we can do something. DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY!!!
