   Very unprofessional and unethical. Should not be in business!

   Disgraceful doesn't even come close to describing the 'professionalism' of this company. Right off the bat, I was charged $75 for a deposit. I was securing a slot, so no problem. However, I received no receipt despite the charge. Fast forward, three weeks later to the day of the move. My time slot was between 12- 4pm with a 30 min call advance. At 12:30pm, I called to confirm if everything was still on schedule since I had not received any communication. Tom responded as though I was inconveniencing him by bringing business to them. By 3:30 pm, I had still not received my 30 min call ahead meaning any call made after, would be for an after 4 pm pick up ..after my scheduled time. I called again for an update. Like the last reviewer mentioned. Tom implied it was my fault they were overbooked and they couldn't update clients about potential late pick ups. Obviously, I was not amused since it's a company's responsibility to ensure it takes on responsibilities it can handle especially if it requires clients to prepay. Clearly, Tom cannot handle the business because his solution was to cancel the job, forgetting they are contractually obligated. In summary, this was a no show and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

   Unprofessional & Unreliable company.

   Manager was very rude although my email confirmation stated that I would be moved beginning at 10:00am. This company called me 30 mins before 10 and said that they couldn't make it until 11:00am. This was a problem because I had to be out of my apartment by 1:00 pm that day and only had the elevator reserved until 12:00pm. I called the manager she said things happen and she wasn't going to do anything for me. She did not apologize and said I would have to wait until they finished another job. I waited, then I called the driver who said he would be here at 12:00 and never showed up, I called the office and they would not answer the phone and the driver called me back and said that the manager cancelled our move however she didn't refund my deposit. The manager acted like it was my fault that they were late and stated to me earlier that because they were more affordable than most other movers I shouldn't complain. I told her this was very unprofessional ans she said she didn't need a lecture. This company is terrible and has ver unprofessional business practices.
