   Moved my 1 bed room flat.

   Great team. Arrived onsite on time. Loaded all of the furniture for a 3rd floor 1 br apartment into their truck in less than an hour. Unloaded and assembled all of the furniture in less 40 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous team. Would not hesitate to reach out to them for my next move.

   Not Impressed.

   We booked a full day with packing. When the guys arrived they said they didn't have time to pack. So we had to hurridly pack. They worked hard moving the furniture but at 2.30pm said they had to leave!! We had booked them from 8-4pm but they said they didn't have time to go back to our old house for another run. We had lots of furniture and boxes left at the old house and had to hire a van ourselves! I contacted UK Home Removals but never had a response back from them. I would avoid!

   Terrible Unprofessional Service, Avoid!!

   Absolutely awful customer service and organisation. I booked this company over a week in advance to move the contents of my flat, confirming all details by email. The drivers did not turn up until 3 hours after the booked time which meant I could not move my items into storage (Sunday early closing hours) and my whole schedule was thrown off by a day. Totally unacceptable and unapologetic service, taking advantage of people in need. Abysmal communication, demanded cash on the spot after the job even though this was not specified when the booking was made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
