   United Moving Solutions, Traci, Brian, Alan & Jorge were amazing. Communication & updates 10 stars. Accurate quote 10 stars. Treating & packing belongings with care 10 stars. Delivery & set up 10 stars. Long distance moves are very stressful, with United Moving Solutions on your side can reduce the stress.    United Moving Solutions did a wonderful job on my family’s move. The price was reasonable and they did the entire job without any damages!! The 3 men were polite & friendly. I will absolutely recommend United Moving Solutions to all my family and friends!

   Advise future movers

   I am writing today because it may help others . I have never moved across states & some glass shelves were broken & one of my belongings never made it to California with me . When this happens you are referred to a totally different company ( for claim ) and they could care less & make things more difficult for you. So be advised to take multiple pictures & I mean multiple of your broken item . I had shattered glass & the claim company( CSI) not United needed more pictures if you can believe that if this shattered glass . I was devastated it was my moms China cabinet & wow CSI claim company says I get $6 .. oh but let me give you $36 what a slap in the face ! So just be aware there’s many company’s involved . United workers were good on the over all picture but they’re not the ones seeing you through to the end to make sure you’re taken care of. And the lost item CSI is not replacing for me because.. it seems it was my fault . I will be writing review for their company as well.

   Dishonest and unethical

   Can confirm that this company is shady. If give negative stars if I could. Booked with them to move my 82 year old mother out of state. Paid an $1800 deposit. My mom had a stroke the next day and is unable to move. Had to cancel the sale of her house, and this company wouldn't refund the deposit. Booked out with Christian, then spoke to Bill and was told they'd provide a refund the next day, but then got an email saying they'd put the money into an 'escrow account'. They said 'upper management' said they couldn't provide a refund because it was past the refund period of four days, but it had only been two. I have receipts. So beware! They may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. They are not honest and and have no moral compass. It's a total scam. Luckily my mom could dispute the charges through her card company.

   Terrible experience with United Moving Solutions.

   BEWARE! They sent a friendly rep. who was very reassuring and gave a low estimate of ca. $3100. But their charges came to ca. $6000. I had to pay other movers ca. $2000 extra to finish the job. They said the move would take 2 days, it took 4 days total with a gap of 3 days between, yet the move was only 2 miles within Vegas. They charged me $41.00/hr for their workers who were supposed to be trained professional. Two of them were day workers probably picked up from home depot who spoke no English and were paid $11.00/hr by UM. The other crew members knew no Spanish so there was constant misdirection and waste of time. They knocked two large (15 Inches across) holes in the sheetrock of the house that I was leaving for which the new owner charged me $200.00. I had witnesses and video, yet they flatly denied any damages. Items worth around $2000 were missing or more likely stolen including a 4 foot long replica sword worth around $800. How do you loose something like that? They disassembled a $700 ceiling fan, parts were missing, and no one will attempt reassembly. They damaged floors and walls in the new house. They referred me to a website which they said was their insurer. First I got only a busy signal, then finally I was able to leave a message, but got to response. Their "insurer" required submission of an inventory in electronic form, but United kept no inventory and did not give me the other papers the "insurer" said they required. They made me pay by cc at the end of each day. On the 4th day I refused to pay until they accounted for missing items like the sword and all the remotes. They said they would park the truck in from of my hour and not leave until I paid. I had to call the Las Vegas police to order them to leave. Since my house is in a private gated community they were illegally present. I am 79 years old, live alone and have a heart condition. I believe they took advantage of my age anyway they thought they could get away with. In their response the movers did not address my criticisms directly. One example is the ceiling fan they took apart rendering it useless. There was absolutely no reason to take it apart, it did not come disassembled from the factory. No experienced mover and no one with common sense would have taken it apart. I asked to handy man and a fan installer about re-assembling it. They said it should never have been taken apart and they refused to touch it now that it had been pointlessly disassembled. I could go on with a long list of there evasions of my criticisms, but there would be not point since they are not interested in honestly addressing anything. But let me close with an example of that. When I first complained of damage to the walls of my house sending pictures and a video, Vladimir Shalin the manager sent back a retort that there had been no damage to anything. So where was Vladimir, in Russia at the time. In fact there was never any management on the site during the move. I have posted photos of both the holes knocked in the walls and of the disassembled fan.

   Worst company to deal with stay away!

   Stay away from this company they have no respect for personal belonging .Worst company I have ever dealt with.! Item missing furniture destroyed my bedroom set was tied to the back of there rental truck. I really don't understand how a company like this stays in business.

   Missing items not their concern

   This has been the worst moving experience. From a storage in Washington to residence in Texas. The whole process was a sham, late arrival for pickup. They left things behind, had to schedule a 2nd pickup. Very poor inventory list, missing tags. It took 30 days to get delivery. And 3 large items missing. No one has any answers. Except file a claim. Find another company!

   Still Waiting; being given the run around

   Moving from AZ to TX, given a low-ball estimate and re-assured over facetime that they're able to pack and move my home... only got 75% and I had to scramble and get uhaul for the remaining 25%. Then being change-ordered and saying their bid was only estimate. Its been 12 business days and still no schedule of when my stuff will be delivered.

   NOT A LEGITIMATE MOVING COMPANY - Just a BROKER.

   First: their positive reviews on Yelp are fake (see pic). Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a company that claims to be professional. I was lied to that all of our things from a 10x10 storage unit would fit into a truck that THIS company was driving and we would have our stuff in 7-10 business days from pickup. Not only did they send out another company, they miscommunicated how much space we needed so we had to leave thousands of dollars worth of things out on the street, after also paying an additional 1000 to even get half our things picked up. Now, we find out that our things have not even been put on a truck or even scheduled to arrive and will be way past 14 days. I’ve been lied to and taken advantage of and now am sleeping on an empty floor in an empty house. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Please stay away from this company and Sean and Lauren and run don’t walk to literally any other company. You’re better off paying a bit more up front than ever trusting these people. Their website it says they move everything themselves and they are a family owned company. NOPE they are brokers and do not care at all about anyone but their money.

    Not reliable, late, poor communication, lots of damaged stuff

    Colonial was contracted to pick up for our move on 8/20 to deliver between 8/26 and 8/30. They subcontracted to UMS. They called us and asked to pick up a little over a week early. While inconvenient, we accommodated this request, with the hope they would hold or better the delivery date since they were picking up early. It's now 9/3 and we cannot even get Colonial OR UMS to return our calls for a delivery date. In addition, they caused significant property damage at pickup, including dragging a truck lift gate and damaging the driveway, dragging furniture across unprotected floors (most professional movers will cover floors before moving) leading to hardwood floor damage. Several of the crew that arrived were drinking alcohol throughout the day while loading. Still waiting for delivery despite delivery window being long over.
