   Very unprofessional and rude. My furniture was damaged and the estimate doubled. They told me their charge machine was down and needed a cashier's check or they would not release my furniture. DO NOT USE THEM! Let me know where I can file my complaints beside the BBB.

   Update: I still have yet to get my money back from this company. My furniture is still in storage. No check has been issued for all my damaged furniture that was mostly brand new with tags. Thank God I took pics before they started moving. My son was also recording so we have great pics. I also have the the main mover in charge in a pic that charged me over 10,000+ more dollars. He only took the legs of all my tables and counted each individual leg as more inventory. As you can see, not one reply on here from the company. Where’s Alison@unitedrelocation.net or Camron (561)503-2511? If anyone wants to sue this company, I’m all in. Please email me. They don’t even try to correct their mistakes. This is a scam and they deserve to be in jail. This has completely damaged my life and caused so much stress. I haven’t slept in my bed or wore any of my clothes since August. Basically the things my son and I fit into the car is how we have been living. Let’s see if United Relocation has a response!

   These people are scam artists and thieves.

   United Relocation Movers out of Saint Louis Mo use unethical practices and scare tactics after they take your goods. They try to get more money than they estimate. With my move they finally delivered my goods arriving at 9:15 pm on a very dark night and were not finished until 12:30 am. However, in order to schedule a delivery I needed to send them an extra cash payment which the man promised to return to me when my credit card charge came through. He did not refund my money as promised and basically stole $2095 and it looks like they are going to get away with it! Some of my furniture arrived broken and they never called me back with insurance info or anything. Beware. You'd be a fool to use these people.

   United Sucks, Don't Contact, Beware.

   Everyone BEWARE. The only reason this company has anything more than 1 star is because they created fake accounts and gave themselves 5 stars. Every single REAL customer has ranked them as a 1 star. And that is only because the system doesn't allow us to give them ZERO STARS. They are LIARS. They failed to inform my family that they were not in fact the movers, but instead that they are a broker and they contract out to other movers. They moving company they chose to contract with what happened to be some fraudulent company that ended up stealing my money and breaking my furniture. Two peas in a pod I guess. After my horrific move (which is the moving company's fault, not United), United refused to compensate me for damage and insisted that there was no recourse for me. The moving company charged me over $7,000 dollars--which included several over-charging incidents. For example, they stated that my inventory was DOUBLE the actual size. I measured the truck myself and compared it to the moving sheet. They also charged me for a long-haul (meaning the movers had to walk a long way to get to the truck), when the truth was that the truck was parked in my driveway. I have picture proof. After my move, I reached out to United Relocation for help. They didn't answer my phone calls, they said they couldn't do anything, and that I was lying about the movers. They also said they have no liability since the contract was not with them. THEY PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH THE MOVERS?!?! I am in the process of working on a lawsuit against them. I have already contacted the Attorney General in the state I moved from and the state I moved to. They will get what's coming to them.

   Avoid at ALL Costs (as there are a lot of them).

   AWFUL. Do NOT go through this company. I would give a negative star if I could. They fail to disclose that they are only a broker & do not actually provide any moving services. They are sales people & will promise you the world to get your business then are MIA the second you pay them. There is literally NO concern for their customers once you pay them their split. They will send you the contract to e-sign while on the phone & make you pay before having a full chance to read the small print & will tell you they will be prompt, no hidden fees, they will be your only point of contact, "this is my personal cell" etc. This was the whole reason I went w/ them because they sounded honest & like they genuinely cared but I found out the TOTAL opposite-these people are CROOKS & I don’t know how they can sleep at night. I was never informed they aren't the actual movers so I was shocked when another company showed up at my door w/ a totally different name & informed of SEVERAL additional charges. Also, I was told the move could be completed in 1-2 days due to the short distance of the move(6 hrs), however this new company stated 3-14 days, which really means 21 days because apparently that is what they are allowed by law even though they claim 3-14 days & even state on their contract. Oh & this does not include weekends, they count standard business days even though they supposedly conduct business on weekends as a "courtesy" to their customers however, do not answer the phone or actually deliver nor count that towards the 3-14 or excuse me-21 days for delivery? So you are looking at a solid month for delivery. They have no care in the world for their customers even if it is causing them a hardship. An additional $350 charge TWICE for a shuttle truck if you are moving from one apartment complex to another because their 18-wheel truck does not fit, even if your belongings only take up a THIRD of the SHUTTLE truck & you do not require the large truck. They charge for every ft they have to carry items over 75 ft when hello-how would anyone know that when moving to a new apartment complex in a new state & have not been assigned their unit until move-in day? They also charge extra if you live on any floor other than the 1st. They make it seem like the move will be timely because they give you an early pickup date, however they fail to disclose is that the ACTUAL moving company tries to pack multiple moves together which results in them packing up your stuff to take it to a storage facility in the city you're moving from until they get multiple other moves to fill their truck. Additionally, they showed up 2 days earlier than promised so I was not prepared & was w/o a bed, TV, furniture, clothes, dishes etc. for a few days all for them to put my stuff in storage in the city I was moving from & take a month to even pack the truck to drive to the city I was moving to (which mind you was only 6 hrs away). When I called Brandon (who gave me his "personal" cell & even texted me after the initial call) I received a voicemail for a Chase at that number & the other person I spoke with-Cameron who only called to up the initial estimate was also MIA & even rejected my calls as they stopped ringing & went straight to voicemail after the 1st call. When I threatened to report them to the BBB “Brandon” or Chase sent me a generic “OMG I am looking into this right away!” then I NEVER heard back from him even after 3 additional emails were sent & multiple calls. Additionally, the company that finally delivered my stuff was a totally different company based out of L.A. so in total, there are 3 companies involved AKA getting a split of the profits which probably explains all the additional expenses. Oh & when the stuff was FINALLY delivered, there were several broken dishes. Some lessons are learned the hard way-I recommend either selling your stuff & starting new or disassembling your own furniture & renting a U-HAUL if this is standard for moving companies.

   Do not use them under any circumstances. I have yet to receive a call back or compensation promised from the unprofessional actions and over pricing. Moved from Detroit to Denver Nov 2018. Bad customer service to say the least.

   Huge Scam!

   The estimated price they give you is not worth your items being lost, broken, and delivered almost 6 weeks after booking. I was charged an extra $700 (I only have a very small one-bedroom apartment full of goods) on top of the $1700 quote AFTER my goods had already been loaded up into the truck at pickup. I was never notified of the extra charges by the broker or the trucking company (was only told by my family who helped at pickup location). The customer service was rude and lacked any empathy when it came to discussing the move and services. I called multiple times, weekly, to check and see where my items were and when to expect delivery but was told every time that, "my items had legally 21 business days to be delivered and they didn't know exact location of my items". My couch is completely ruined, my dining room chairs and table are extremely scratched and scuffed, as well as miscellaneous items, such as photo frames and glasses, are all broken. When I asked the drivers about missing items at delivery, they told me that the items "weren't in the truck so had to have been in one of the boxes then" (which they were not). Upon delivery, one of the truck drivers even admitted that they would never have their belongings moved this way. I tried submitting a claim for the lost and damaged items but had to pay another $50 to submit the claim and was not guaranteed any sort of refund. I tried multiple avenues to contact a manager and was ignored and never acknowledged. I strongly advise against using this company!!

   Haley, Were sorry to hear your moving experience did not go well for you. We want to try to resolve some issues with you to leave off on better terms. At the pick up location only your family members were present since you were not there. They were notified about the additional charges for the items not mentioned to us that you wanted to move. When there are more items to be moved that were not told to us there has to be some sort of price revision for the extra space on the truck, more labor involved, more fuel, etc.. We were not notified there were any issues at pick up until we did a follow up call to see how everything went.    They are scam scam.

   I received a 24-hour confirmation, was charged, and then the movers never showed up. We called every number we could find and no one answered (moved on a Sunday). Left voicemails but no one called us back even on Monday. I had to call the office myself on Monday to have our charges reversed. The general manager was supposed to call me to follow up but never heard a word. Completely unacceptable service all around. Turned our moving day into a complete disaster and no one even wants to apologize or make it right!!The stole my deposit and never received a refund.DONT EVERY NEVER TRY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

   Unethical & Horrible Company.

   I hired United Relocation after four quotes and reviewing all. The young lady I initially spoke with made me feel confident and comfortable in making the choice to go with United Relocation. It has been nothing but a sheer nightmare from when they arrived to my location to now and the nightmare is far from over. They showed up an hour and a half late, big deal.. BUT THEN upon arrival, they went through and reviewed their inventory list confirming the items to be picked up. The man who wore a 500move T-shirt (odd since he "worked for United Relocation) stated his boss said it would be an additional $800. I asked for what and how is that possible if no items had even been moved onto the truck. I asked to speak with his boss who stated he worked for United Relocation (which was later confirmed by United Relocation), and that the lowest he could go was $600. I said that wouldn't work and he said okay they will leave, leaving me with no choice but to agree, as I was leaving two days later to drive from Arizona to Wisconsin. He said sign here and we'll begin packing the vehicle. That was 11/26/2018. I have yet to receive my items. Not to mention, numerous calls only to receive one call back with a voicemail. Additionally, I told them about the ridiculous price addition in which they claimed I should have called their customer service number. I responded with, "Do the people who came to my house and I spoke on the phone with, work for you?" She responded, "Yes." So I did speak with your company who up-charged me last minute and.. silence one the other end of the line. Next item, I told them the pick up and drop off would NOT be a location where a semi could access. Not a problem she stated.. I received a call today from a BROKER who stated the job was sold to them by United Relocation hence why they are moving my items around and that he was bringing them in a semi. If he isn't able to get close enough to the front door, I would be charged an unloading fee of $300. He went on to tell me about how X,Y and Z trucks continued to break down and that's why it's taking so long. As a paying customer, that isn't my problem nor do I think you could share that with the client. The more and more I see in the past couple weeks are horrific reviews and damaged item photos and missing items. I am simply sick about how my items are going to look upon delivery. I am not one to seem to have problems with contractors that are hired for needed tasks, but this company is absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and untruthful. Please I WRITE THIS REVIEW FOR ANYONE ENTERTAINING HIRING THEM, DO NOT. You will be such a mess and sick over the broken and terrible process and experience. To be continued.. I will provide photos of any damaged material. Thankfully I numbered all my boxes.. we'll see if they all make it.

   Hello Ashley, It's saddening to hear your disappoint with the move. We are a broker and do not try to hide this whatsoever. The carrier's we use to facilitate our move's we have used for years and they are fully capable of giving our customer's a quality move. If issues do arise we try to step in and fix any problems immediately with the customer's best interest in mind. Leading up to your move date we go over the item's list multiple times to ensure we have everything as accurate as possible. Unfortunately when there are item's not mentioned to us and you wish to transport them there has to be an increase in price due to the extra space needed & more labor. Yes, sometime item's can be delivered in a semi-truck and if one cannot get to your delivery location then a shuttle truck is needed. Being that the mover's have to load/unload again with the shuttle & also rent the shuttle truck there is a $300.00 fee involved. This is standard with any moving company and we apologize if this wasn't communicated properly to you. Regardless, we would like to try and fix your issues the best we can.     Worst company I've ever worked with.

    This company has given me the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company. Today I finally received my shipment after 8 MONTHS,yes that's right 8 months. I contracted for a move across country and was taken by East Coast van lines to Florida where it sat from April until November. Only upon demanding that another company take my belongings and a law suit threat did I finally today receive my shipment.. On two pallets that I had to unload myself off the street where it was left..with 1/3 of my items missing. Not surprising the items missing are some of the more valuable as the belongings did not show up in their original boxes. Got my address wrong after all this time so had to pay $60 change of address fee to deliver. I've been told multiple times by staff the GM Andrew would call me the next day and it never happens. To get in touch I have to call his number directly and catch a the right time. Do not use this company.

    Hello Devin, We are saddened to see this review. During the "8 Months" you were waiting for your items they were being held in storage, a request made by you.. Once you scheduled the delivery it did take about a month to get your item's across the country. We have been in communication with you this entire time and have tried to help mediate all issues between you and the carrier. Additionally because of the late delivery the carrier waived the entire delivery balance and you got 50% off your move. They were not obligated to compensate you in such a large amount, but because you were so unsatisfied they went over and beyond to make the situation right. We're sorry you had such a bad experience.
