   We Move U moved my items from Connecticut, USA all the way to Wisconsin, USA. The last time I made a big move, I drove a UHAUL truck on my own and it was not a pleasant experience. This time, moving was a great experience thanks to We Move U. I did not have to worry about damage or making time to sleep. Also, the prices are great especially for the load and distance. The movers were kind and had great manners. They made sure to ask questions about items to make sure they did everything efficiently and safely. I highly recommend this company.

   Fast and efficient.

   This company has been very helpful to us during our move. They made sure that all our belongings are still in good shape during the transfer. None of our things were broken and it has been properly placed when delivered. They’re fast and effecient. I greatly appreciate their service. I would need them again if ever we move the next time and would recommend to all.

   Great choice.

   First of all, I'm so glad I decided to go with a moving company. Second of all, I'm even more glad I decided to go with this moving company. I've always moved myself, aside from the times my work paid for my relocation, and every time I ask myself, "WHY?!" Well, because I'm poor and I generally don't trust other people with my stuff. Well fast forward a few years, I have a little more cash and had heard of We Move U from a friend. Best decision ever. No more hoisting couches with my boyfriend down staircases and dissembling bed frames. They handled everything and packed everything swiftly and carefully. All I had to do was watch and occasionally offer them water because I'm a nice person. We had no problem with the logistics and the men were pretty personable as well. Definitely was worth the money and saved me a lot of blood, sweat, and tears.

   Great moving expirence!

   This company helped move me from Maryland to Kentucky. I usually just have friends or family help but I didn't have the time as I was in a bit of a rush to make it for my new job.they were fast, friendly and helpful. They were so professional and handled my things how I would have expected my friends and family to. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move across state and need some help. They movers were great and the price was right.

   My dad and I moved to Tennessee in February. The company We Move U men were on time which was reassuring. The move was pretty swift, they got things done quickly. They handled our items with care as if their own. I'd recommended this company if you don't want the headaches that comes with moving.

   DO NOT USE!! I rarely write reviews, and I can't take back the poor decision I made by choosing this company, but if this helps someone in the future, then it's worth it. This was a NIGHTMARE experience that started off as poor customer service and worsened to many missing items and ZERO response. The sales guys (Johnny J.) are great at getting you in, easy to start with, etc. But then when it comes to fixing problems or providing the expected customer service, they are useless and full of BS excuses. The organization and communication with this "company" is horrendous. They don't respond to emails, they schedule times and dates and then cancel them. I received notices of pickup and delivery at the last minute with no prior communication. There seems to be only one person (Daisy) handling dispatch or questions, who is either overloaded with work or just incompetent. Either way, don't expect what normally passes as customer service or responsiveness or basic courtesy. Prior to delivery, I sent a list of complaints and received no response. After a HORRIBLE experience with delivery, and realizing that many of my things were completely missing or damaged, I again reached out several times by phone and email, and no one responded or answered, or called back after messages. The guy who unloaded my truck basically forced me to sign papers before unloading, and then completely ignored me when I asked about items that were missing. I know I was not smart by signing first, but I was scared I'd never see my things, and I was most definitely taken advantage of. I wont even get into damages on my things, or the state of the items crammed and stacked into the huge truck. People's lives and trust are in there, and there is absolutely no regard for that. What's most appalling is that someone should at least answer my enquiries or TRY to figure out what happened to my sentimental and valuable things. That doesn't exist, and they cannot call themselves a legitimate business. In short DO NOT USE this company, and be very smart and meticulous about anyone you choose.

   Complete scam.

   I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to warn other innocent people who are trying to move. Plain and simple, We Move You does business through bait and switch extortion. We moved from New York to Pittsburgh in early June. We had a trustworthy mover lined up, but Steve is a sweet talker (do not trust him!!) and convinced us to go with We Move You. We sent an itemized list of every item we were bringing and the exact dimensions of those objects to make sure that the movers knew what to expect and would give us an accurate quote. We had that in writing in the quote, in addition to the stops that would be made (we needed our things to be picked up from a few stops). Steve said if anything he was probably over-estimating the price, if anything. The day of the move, the movers showed up and decided they were going to charge $1,500 more than the quoted price. They will likely respond to this review saying that we had more items than they expected, but I will reiterate that the EXACT items with measurements were sent days ahead of time. We did not change a single item. In addition, the mover there (it was not Steve, but someone that We Move You contracted) simply said that he would not make the 4 stops quoted for $150, and that we would need to pay $600 for it, despite the fact that the exact addresses and the price were, again, in the quote. He wouldn’t even look at the quote. It was as if it didn’t exist and he pulled a new price out of thin air. At this time Steve claimed to conveniently be on a mountain without reception. It was very obvious that we were being scammed. Everyone was claiming that someone else was in charge, they brought my partner to tears, and after several hours of standstill we finally settled on a price $1000 above our quoted price, because we were emotionally exhausted and had no other choice. Then they tried to raise the price yet again at the 3rd pick up spot (my parents’ house, and yet AGAIN when they dropped things off in Pittsburgh. They know that they have all the power and you are helpless. The only reason we made it out with only $1000 stolen from us is because my father is a lawyer and modified their sham of a contract. Thankfully, our items made it to their destination unscathed, but please save yourself the trouble and find a different mover.

   What a set up.

   So I had to move out the house I lived in forever and place items in storage until time to move to my new home.this was a one bedroom apartment with the basics of a young professional. Spoke to Steve in great detail. I was actually checking to see which company to go with in terms of price and reputation. After countless conversations with Steve, he convinced me he will have a smooth move and at the price point he quoted. I even went as far to inform him this is the first time I’m doing such a big move. When the movers came, 3 of them Leon being the leader who was very professional then informed me that the price went up because of size of my tv and glass table. I then showed him all the breakdown that was given to me by Steve and where the price was increased based on extra wrapping. When Steve was called the once friendly guy was not accommodating and gave me an ultimatum either I pay the extra or I lose my deposit. At this time what am I to do. Stuff packed up, plans made, my hands were tied. Had to surrender. Would I recommend this company? No because of Steve. His sales pitch is great but no follow through. Very disappointed customer. Now let’s hope it gets to my final destination without any more problems.

    Scam!!

    Long story short: my mother and I moved from Glens Falls to Virginia in June, she used a company called We Move U. The move from NY to NJ went smoothly, the men that moved my mother's household goods were efficient, quick, careful and polite. A NJ warehouse was the point of storage until my mother's house in Va was ready. Upon delivery in Virginia, the man in charge that day was rude and confrontational, demanding cash or a credit card (instead of the check my mother had to pay the balance) and refused to unload her goods until she complied. After an hour of this garbage, the driver took a photo of the bank check and apparently was sanctioned by his boss to accept the payment and unload her things. His concern was that he couldn't cash the check immediately due to it being a holiday weekend -- not mom's problem. They quickly departed with items of hers still on the back of their truck, I saw them but didn't catch them to ask about the items. She subsequently raised a complaint with the company. Their response: we can't be held responsible for the actions of our subcontractors. As we unpacked the crates, we discovered she was missing items: both personal and general household such as ladders, etc. The company's response: provide us with pictures and descriptions of the missing items. So .. take pictures of what is not in front of us, because they are missing items?? Also, a woman in the office that mom spoke with personally guaranteed that she would go to the warehouse to look for her missing crates. Mom tried to comply, sending pictures of the household items along with the prices to replace them. The personal/family things simply had to be "written off". This back and forth with this company dragged on for months. When mom got a comprehensive compilation of the items, all of a sudden she was no longer to correspond with the department she had been in contact all this time -- she had to submit these things to a claims department, who then today we received a letter from (almost a full year later) stating that her claim was denied, but she could appeal it. Bottom line? This company scammed a 75 yr. old woman out of goods and proper service. They should be held accountable.
