How much to tip movers
US custom sits around $4 to $8 per person per hour, or $40 to $80 a person after a hard day. Pay after the inventory is signed. UK tipping is smaller and not required.

What a tip is for
It is not a bribe to stop a hostage load. If the job went sideways, say so and write the claim. Do not paper over a missing dresser with twenties.
Cash at the end. Ask the lead how they split it. A piano down a walk-up is the hard day.
Canada and the UK
Canada often follows the US habit in cities. The UK does not treat a tip as part of the price. A round of drinks is a story, not a line item.
