   I contacted Edwards Removals London after being recommended to do so by a family friend, who used them at the end of last year. They did not disappoint. From start to end, all staff members were polite, courteous and patient. Everything was moved with the utmost care. They didn’t break sweat moving my 30 year collection of LPs and my wife’s bulging shoe collection! Highly recommend. Thanks Edwards.

   Stolen property.

   We first used Edwards Removals London around 1998 and on several occasions there after over several years for moving and storage. Staff were Australians then and very good. Due to a divorce had to leave my 'whole life' in storage with them for 7 years. In this time I paid thousands and thousands of pounds for storage fees. When I finally had my property back it gradually dawned on me that there were many things missing. Enough to furnish a flat. The theft consisted of: vintage clothes collection, furniture, my children's toys and presents from abroad that we wanted to keep 'safe', my entire dining set and kitchenware (mainly stainless steel, chrome) hundreds of Art books and Paintings, garden equipment, the list is endless.. When my property was delivered it was filthy dirty and stank. My sofa looked liked it had been used as it was stained and filthy. There had been some liquid pouring over my things which had left items/boxes covered in brown stains.  The worst part is that most of what my Father left me in his Will I put in storage for 'safe keeping'. I will never get over this and the whole experience has made me ill. They did not call the Police to investigate this theft and they did not want to come and view the damage. I ended up with £600 compensation. My Father's paintings and books are signed and stamped - if they are ever found being sold 'anywhere' it will be traced right back to Edwards.

   Edwards Removals London.

   Edwards London organised a £3500 London to London move for us in 2011, which included packing and unpacking. Unfortunately their staff and subcontractors could not resist the temptation and stole several items from us worth £1000. When I contacted Edwards for compensation, they refused to reimburse saying they had interviewed their staff and unsurprisingly no one knew anything. They even told me to refer the matter to the police, who were reluctant to investigate given the lack of evidence. Despite the royal seal of approval, steer clear of these con-men.
