   Very Satisfied.

   I can't recommend more highly this company, Friendly Movers.  Although we were moving very locally - only 6 miles away - we had a full 24 foot truck with some very heavy items that had to go up to the third floor. That was really tough. It was also a hot and humid day.  Our crew were three very friendly, and courteous young men, who worked diligently and even asked permission to take (1) 15-minute break. Amazing. They  would even ask permission to change their sweat-soaked tee-shirts. When I first saw these three guys, none of whom was muscle-bound, I really wondered if they would be able to hoist some of the large cabinets, sleeper sofa, etc.  They did it, with much effort, but not a single complaint. In fact, they were joking around with us much of the time.  Our cost was under $400 for 5 hours, and I tipped them each a decent amount; they deserved it.  I definitely recommend Friendly Movers.    Great movers.

   I used Friendly Movers, who are based in London, to move the contents of a one bedroom flat from a storage unit in Watford to a flat in Northampton in April 2012. They were quick, competent and, yes, friendly! Nothing was broken or damaged. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, which was a lot cheaper than those quoted by bigger firms. The chaps were about half an hour late but did ring to warn me - that's London traffic for you. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   Great moving experience!

   Friendly movers were very good for us with our moving. They were knowledgeable and worked hard during the day. We thought the price was very reasonable as well.

   Unreliable.

   Do not book with them! They are too unreliable! They cannot commit to arrive on time or even within one hour of the time slot! When I requested to cancel the booking due to them not being able to assure punctuality, they refused to reimburse me the deposit paid! They even wanted to charge me for a moving that did not happen!
