   Above and beyond service

   The team was incredible - arrived on time and packed up all of our stuff within 20 minutes. They carried big and clunky furniture carefully without hitting walls and were very friendly throughout. When there were issues with the storage unit they were delivering to, they went above and beyond, carrying all of our stuff much further than we’d anticipated and were really understanding. Finally, they packed all of our stuff away expertly, making the most of the limited space, so that everything remained accessible and nothing was being crushed. I cannot recommend them enough! Paul was very communicative throughout the process and a really lovely man to deal with - worth every penny!

   The Parnaby team of removals guys (Harry, Tom and Steve) were really a class act. Despite the fact they never stopped working nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so respectful to my elderly Mother and made a very stressful event so much better. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

   House removals.

   I can only speak as I find - from start to finish, Anthony Parnaby and his team (in my case Vinnie, Jack and Harry) were friendly, professional, caring and did as I was promised - moved my personal belongings with the utmost care and all arrived intact. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody thinking of moving house and taking the strain out of what is quite a stressful time. This must have been the least stressful event in the whole process of moving house.

   Fantastic.

   A great team of guys they are honest, hard working & very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the lads who actually moved us. We were so pleased we had chosen Parnaby's. We had two other quotes but on meeting Anthony at our home he made us feel at ease & we had a good feeling about them. Anthony even rang me me afterwards to make sure everything went well. Can't recommend enough.

   Fantastic Removal team.

   A somewhat delayed, but nevertheless very sincere thank you to the men who did our move from Newcastle to Telford. After a very traumatic few hours, your company stepped into the void and did a brilliant job under very adverse conditions - rarely have I experienced rain like it! Vinny and his team were so accommodating, it made the whole experience much more pleasant. When we eventually unwrapped the large model planes my husband was delighted and very relieved to discover they were all in excellent condition. I'm sure the long drive back north in wet clothes cannot have been much fun. Once again, many thanks Anne & Sean.

   Missing item and no response.

   Initially a good response from the point of booking and guys on the day were very friendly and efficient. Sadly, a box I had left open containing expensive beats headphones was loaded on the van and the item disappeared since. On emailing the company to query I received a very defensive response but was assured they would come back to me after checking the vans. I heard nothing back so asked again and was told they assumed I found them, Not so.! Also a shame that two out of four beds were not assembled properly, and boxes labelled where put in the garage not the house. I wouldn’t make a big deal if that had the response not been so dismissive. I’ve not accused anyone of stealing but they are missing and items put in the wrong location so only fair the feedback is shared. At least the owner can trust the staff, just not bothered in getting back to you when items are reported missing, strange really if you have nothing to hide. Plenty of other cheaper reputable firms around at least who might at least care when an item has gone missing instead of just ignoring you.
