   Warning: They take advantage of seniors and do not honor losses.

   "I would give zero stars if I could. This company moved my parents from one assisted living apartment to another and it was a disaster. They lost several items and damaged a dresser during the move. The worst part was the 'claims process.' They gave us a form to fill out, and we spent an entire month tracking down receipts and replacement costs for everything they lost or broke. We submitted a detailed claim for over $1500 in losses.After all that work, they sent my elderly parents a check for a measly $132. Their excuse? They claimed my parents didn't purchase 'additional insurance'—an option that was never even offered to them in the first place. They hide behind a limited liability law that says they only have to pay out $0.60 per ton. So if you value your stuff more than $0.60 per ton, stay away. It feels like seniors are being targeted, with the company hiding behind fine print to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Do not trust this company with a loved one's belongings. The experience was unprofessional and dishonest."

   A Disappointing Move.

   We needed to move our furniture to the garage and back in order to refinish the floors.  I was extremely disappointed with Senior Moving Company.  They did not wrap the furniture and proceeded to put our new granite table directly on the "four wheel."  When questioned, one of the young me told me, "This isn't my first day.  I have been doing this for 6 years."  He was instructing a new person when he dropped the table and broke it. He dropped the table so hard, the screws fell out.  I couldn't get anyone from Senior Moving Company to return my call for 3 days.  When they finally called, they refused to pay for their negligence.  I would not use this company to move anything!  .
