   We Move GTA.

   The movers were very professional, careful but quick with their work, and flexible with our compact time schedule. From our original home to our new condominium, they took the time and care to move our things without damage to our things or the homes themselves. Their storage of our boxes within the truck was quite efficient which allotted us quite a bit of extra space to place unboxed, more delicate furniture without worry or hassle. After finally arriving at our new home, they were quick to move our things into our unit despite the relative difficulty of moving into a condominium, allowing us to stay within schedule (our building has a policy of only scheduling the service elevator up until 5 PM). All in all, a very easy and pleasant experience that we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone needing an excellent and professional moving company.

   NO MASKS - AWFUL SERVICE

   NO MASKS! COVID PROTOCOLS NOT FOLLOWED EVEN AFTER I EXPLICITLY ASKED IN AN EMAIL IF PROTOCOLS WERE BEING FOLLOWED... One of the 3 movers refused to wear a mask and he went home. The other two needed to be constantly reminded to wear a mask. I cannot comprehend that a moving company would be so lax about Covid protocols when moving peoples furniture. Besides the fact that they didn’t follow Covid protocols, they were extremely slow. We had to put furniture into the hallway of the condo to speed them up, otherwise they wouldn’t have finished for at least a few more hours. When we got to the new house, they continued their slow pace. I understand that moving doesn’t happen at lightning speed, but this was comically slow. Never in my life have I ever had such a negative experience. The only resolution offered was a reduction in the hourly rate to compensate for the fact that one of the movers wasn’t present due to the fact that he wouldn’t wear a mask. AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
