   AAA movers moved me from Osseo to Northfield on March 4th and the move was painless and easy. Keith and Dylan were amazing and so easy to work with. We had a lot of furniture to move and they handled everything with ease. Definitely recommend!

   Recent move.

   We just moved 120 plus miles from the cities. AAA Movers were great throughout the entire process. We took advantage of their "de-clutter" option and it worked out great. The only hiccup was when they loaded the upper part of a China cabinet one of the guys accidentally pit his knee through one of the side glass panels (which they took care of after the completion of the move), nobody's fault just an accident.. We were quoted one truck and three guys, the day of the move they showed up with two trucks and four guys but stayed true to their quote even with the addition of the one truck and person.. All in all a very good and professional experience,even with the one hiccup. I would use AAA again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!! Thank you..

   I was pleasantly pleased with the smooth process it took to initiate and complete this move of my business from Bloomington to downtown Minneapolis. Three of the best showed up, Matthew, Nate and Isaac were on time, courteous and fun spirited. They were always concerned about our needs and wants. I highly recommend this company.

   Great Service.

   I used AAA Movers to help move my family from Eden Prairie to Lakeville in March 2017. I can't tell you how pleased I was with their services. On time, professional, and overall the estimate I was provided was within $100. I was very pleased considering that they packed and moved all my belongings. Quoted $2,890 and the actual was $2,978 I would highly recommend.

   We had the best movers. Terry, Isaac, and Kevin. They were awesome came up and introduced themselves and shook our hands. They were class acts. They did an awesome job, very professional. I highly recommend AAA Movers!!

   AAA Movers = Worst Movers EVER!

   Worst movers EVER. Listen to me when I say DO NOT hire AAA Movers. I dealt with a guy by the name of Scott. He was very pleasant and called me several times to make sure I got the quote, if I had questions and eventually he matched our lowest bid from Matt's Moving. In hindsight I wish I had gone with Matt's Moving. I had a couple of friends that recently paid less than 1k to move a 5 bedroom house. I was quotes $1100 from Matt's Moving and Scott from AAA told me they could do it for $1100-$1600. I asked why the $1600, and he said he didn't think it would take that long and that it would be closer to the $1100. All they had to do was pick up my stuff from an inside storage facility. My unit was 10'x25', but I only filled 10'x20'. I moved all of my stuff without breaking anything in 3hrs to this facility back in the summer. My 18 yr old son helped the 3 guys from AAA. He ended up carrying more than half our belongings to the truck while the 3 guys sat on their phones, drank Gatorade and took their sweet ole' time. The moved like sloths. The longer they take the more money they get because you pay by the hour. They wrap ever piece of furniture with plastic and/or furniture pads and tape them up like mummy's. So on the bright side your furniture is well protected, but it is totally overkill. So keep that in mind, they will wrap everything and take their sweet ole time doing it. So I would recommend getting your own furniture pads and wrapping it yourself. one hour of the movers labor would more than pay for your supplies and then some. 4.5 hours later they finally finished loading the truck, but they couldn't get everything, so my son had to pack his car. why...because they bring all of this crap in their truck including a 4'x4'x4' box filled with their supplies...so keep that in mind too. They even left even more of their supplies at storage facility of which I got a nasty call from telling me they were going to charge me for all the stuff they left behind. AAA didn't sweep out my unit, my son did that too while they sat on the truck. Clearly one of the guys never had done this before because he was totally lost. Then the came to my house...nope...they went for lunch. Even though I told them not too. When they finally arrived at my home I only had them bring a few items in the house...about 5 things total and decided to do the rest myself. But they unpacked all of the rest into my garage. But did they do it neatly...nope! They placed furniture and boxes all over, I had to move stuff just to get the furniture out, it was a mess. SO I called AAA and asked what they were going to do about these lazy, worthless movers and very unprofessional workers they sent. They told me they never got a call like this before but from reading the other reviews here it appears this is a common experience. They charged my almost $1600. Then the following day they charged me another $260...I was livid! Worst experience, and the absolutely worse movers. Just so you understand my stuff came from a 2 bedroom 1600sf townhome...so you can see it wasn't even even close to moving a 5 bedroom house...and I moved it out of my townhome and into the facility in 3 hrs. When they finally left they took almost 8hrs...and didn't move hardly anything into my new home. And yes they broke something, and did they clean it up...nope...my son did! They absolutely suck, stay away from AAA movers!

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ignored for weeks after informing them of my dissatisfaction, then told by the customer service manager that "they don't want my business". No apology for what occurred. 2 hours into the move I was told "not everything will fit into the truck" which was ridiculous because I had just moved the year prior with the same size truck and had less items this time. My son took a picture of the back of the truck and it was completely open, things would have fit if it had just been loaded differently. Took me and family members, 3 round trips of 90+ miles ea with 3 trucks/SUVs to move the remaining items. Exhausting, stressful, completely unacceptable. I wanted to be compensated fairly for the epic fail that this move was, nope, they just DON"T CARE!!

   Quotes mean nothing and crew lied about time

   AAA moved me June 1, 2023. I was quoted 9 hours and charged for 11 hours. This after I spent 45 minutes on phone with Valerie reviewing every last item and who has been doing these estimations for 10 years. I had every box packed, marked with color and written clearly where it went. How could we be off 2 hours? I noticed 2 of the 4 standing around quite a bit or not sure of what they were supposed to be doing. I moved from Minnetonka to Brainerd. A 2 hour drive that took them 3 + hours. When I questioned that they said they took 30 minute lunch. That was false. I have phone texts proving that they took way more than 30 minutes. When I tried to resolve all I got was email(no one uses a phone there!)disputing time for move and crews false time. DO NOT HIRE AAA. Unethical and untruthful about billing and there responsibility to customers

   This company will give you a quote for a full service move and then leave all your boxes in the garage. They were almost an hour late and didn't finish the job. The guys were friendly but didn't do the job we paid them to do. We are actually going through small claims court because they stopped corresponding with us. If I knew then what I know now, I would have hired the guy with a tiny bit higher quote...probably wouldn't have had damaged items and wouldn't have had to move a lot on our own.

    How you rip people off

    We moved from Coon Rapids, MN to Wentzville, MO. The process started on 6/30/22 with packing and partial loading of the AAA Movers/Arpin Van Lines truck. The crew we had was very irresponsible and rude. When they came to load the truck on the 1st of July they came at 8AM. There were 4 of them. They took until 6PM to load everything. On the 30th of June they never asked us what stays and what goes. You would think that is the normal thing to do when you are a mover. Not this company. They moved a couple of chairs that were supposed to stay in the house because we promised them to the new owners. Anyway, they also damaged a file cabinet and our wedding album was destroyed. Some of our things are still missing and they don't want to admit this. This company is crooked and we believe they took some of our missing items. We bought insurance in case anything went wrong and we were under the impression that we still had it but because they changed the original price we were quoted they said that we signed the wrong line. They are a bunch of THIEVES!!!! All we are asking is for our insurance money which is 570.00. They will not cooperate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING. If I could give 0 that is what I would give you .. Don't bother commenting on this. You just don't have any compassion about anything. You are useless.
