   Great Customer Service!

   Hired for a long-distance move from Virginia to New Mexico. They were the only mover willing to work with us in our timeframe. Packers and movers were quick and careful. Customer service was great. We had regular contact from the main office while our stuff was in storage for 2 months as we house hunted. Only issue was that delivery was one day later than the given delivery window, but that really wasn't a problem. Household goods arrived in good condition and everything was accounted for. Special thanks to the the delivery driver and his son, who worked late into the night, accounting for every item and making sure all the beds and tables were put together carefully! Overall, they were a great company to work with for a long-distance move and you can pay with a credit card instead of a cashier's check!

   Stolen or Lost Goods.

   Our furnishings and valuables were packed and placed in their "secure" storage for three weeks until we could move into our new home. During that time a box containing all of my jewelry from the past 40 years valued at $5,800 was either stolen or lost. They claim they simply can't find it. Information during their pre-move consultation never suggested I should transport all of my jewelry personally. When signing with them I assumed (albeit in error) they could be entrusted to handle our items with care. I trusted them and they took advantage of that trust. At the very least they are incompetent, at the worst they are criminals.

   Moving Disaster.

   I hope this review will save some innocent person from choosing this company and suffering as I did. It was a nightmare experience. The men did not work as a team, they damaged my furniture and turned my local move into chaos. I chose them because of the length of time in business and national moving experience. Big mistake. I am very organized and moved 150 boxes of fragile goods ahead of them. Nevertheless they still managed to turn move into chaotic nightmare. They ignored instructions didn't work well together and beat up my things. It has taken me weeks to sort out where they shoved things. Do yourself a favor.Avoid these people like the plague!
