   Moving

   Had them move me from a 3rd story condo to a 2nd story condo on the other side of town. Long distance to the truck and still they were moving briskly. And it was a well-choreographed operation! They were a godsend and worked their behinds off. They are a great company and I'm glad as sin I hired them to help me!

   I called this company to help move some items around the house and take a few things to the basement. Since it was a small job, they gave me a discount and didn’t charge extra for the stairs, which was a nice surprise. They did a great job, very careful with my belongings, and it was really satisfying to watch. From what I saw, I’m confident they’re also very good at full moves. The team was excellent.

   Worst company ever

   If i could give a -100 i would. Diamond relocators ade the worst company ever..ive moved 7 times and never anything missing or broken. This company lied and took 5 days to arrive at which point items are damaged snashed and worst part missing .. im finding more and more every week as im still trying to make room in my storage and find items that aren't there like my painting ladder, a projector, tons of condiments from kitchen, bathroom items. All things you think, oh ya hummm where is that and you go looking and it's nowhere. Also they loaded and offloaded without permission and hense why everything was lost or broken. They told me my stuff was old and not worth money. Well you go buy a dining room set and buffet today that weigts a ton and tell me what you'd pay for it Do not go near mark, or steven and especially grace the most ignorant of them all.

   Don’t get fooled.

   I would never recommend this company unless you don’t want to see your stuff again. It’s been 5 months and no idea when belongings are being delivered. They ignore phone calls, bad communication. It’s been a nightmare.

   130 days and no delivery.

   Would give no stars if possible! Family member moving to my city. Hired movers to move from out of province. I was secondary contact I received one call, asking for full payment before truck could leave Ontario. Payment forwarded immediately. Truck was due to arrive the following week. Here we sit at 130 days WITH NOTHING!! No contents and now ignored communications. Lawyer has been retained and they are being ignored as well. Company is a scam, next week delivery should never turn into 130 days and this mess.

   OVER 100 DAYS AND STILL NO DELIVERY AND NO POTENTIAL DELIVERY DATE

   I would strongly warn anyone considering this moving company to proceed with extreme caution. I was initially promised delivery of my household belongings within 7–10 days. That timeline was not met, and since then I have been given multiple new delivery dates that were also not honored. My belongings have now been in their possession for over 100 days. Communication has been extremely concerning. I have experienced repeated misinformation from the sales team, calls being disconnected during conversations, and ongoing assurances that did not reflect reality. After realizing the situation, I requested the return of my belongings rather than continued transport. I was then informed that I would be charged additional significant fees simply to have my own items unloaded and returned. Based on my experience, Mark lied to get the sale - he is just as guilty as the company. They all know this is going on and will say whatever it takes to get your business. Mark showed me a fake website with great reviews when I raised concerns and then proceeded to tell me that was not their website. Nothing, he stated was true and unfortunately, I now how to spend time going to court. I would urge potential customers to carefully research this company, confirm delivery timelines in writing, and review contracts and business history thoroughly before committing. I have now had to hire a lawyer and file in Alberta just to get a resolution because they continue to lie. I have travelled back and forth over 4 times because I don't want to replace items when they have told me my stuff is on it's way. This has been extremely stressful, affected my business and my ability to move into my home. This is very unfortunate however they have forced my hand to take further action. I cannot recommend this company.

   Horrible Expereince! Avoid at all cost!

   They charges 2x quote and held items hostage until paid. Lost a large valuable item! (how as it went on the truck). Broke several items including electronics and then would not refund as they claim refunds are based on weight only .60 per pound and unless the weight was more then 583 pounds they will provide no refund. Dispite promising me they had insurance for items when quoted. Run and spread the word. Worst moving company I have ever dealt with! Please spread the word and save others the trouble.

   DO NOT hire them

   I moved from Ontario to BC on Nov/7. It is Jan/4 and I still don't have my shipment here in BC. I also believe that I was overcharged by about $4000. Everytime I ask about my shipment I get some b.s. excuse that they are waiting for something. They obviously don't care about their customers at all. I really wish I had done some research on them beforehand because there are plenty of bad reviews online that would have saved me the headaches they have caused.

   Do not give this business your business!!

   This company's done bad things in the past like: 1. Charging way above their intial quote and threaten the customers that they'd throw out their boxes if they didn't pay this new quote. The boxes would be held hostage at their warehouse for weeks and weeks on end. 2. Not returning the deposit when they're the one that cancelled. 3. Missing and/or damaged boxes upon delivery w/o proper compensation. The police were involved for many of these instances but the company would hang up on them too and they would generally be very difficult. My valuable item of ~$2500 was not delivered and I was not compensated for the loss at all. Be aware of this scam company!!

    Moving from Alberta to Ontario

    This company should NOT exist. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS. The business model runs like this; - You will receive persistent calls and messages to confirm the size of your load and other details. - You will be asked to make a $200 deposit - If you’re lucky, they’ll pick up your items and that’s where your MISERY begins. They have MULTIPLE pending ISSUES against them. Read on Reddit. They are the biggest moving SCAM in all of Canada. Do not entrust your items with these guys! They picked up my items in Calgary and promised to deliver in August. They never showed up and never answered their calls. The coward MARK RUSSO will put you on hold for hours and ignore you completely once your items are in their custody. There is Grace, Linda - they just use a bunch of fake names lol. They EXTORTED money from me and I still had to DRIVE all the way to Toronto to pick up items that were scheduled to be delivered to Ottawa on August 30. No refunds, no discounts, no apologies, nothing! They have NO CARE for your items. Half my items were destroyed and damaged. If you want your peace of mind, DO NOT go near this company. The WAREHOUSE ADDRESS in Toronto is 171 ambassador drive unit 1 Mississauga Ontario L5T 2J1. Door 1 in the back. If you have items that are being held illegally, go there and grab your stuff!
