   Quick and Reliable Service

   They arranged the moving at just one day’s notice, quickly. Actually, they phoned during the day and asked if I wanted to move earlier as they had free time. Polite, punctual, reliable, friendly, and affordable. I am a difficult customer to please, and they have truly delivered a flawless customer experience. The price was good. Would definitely recommend.

   I was looking for a moving company that could handle my son's move from his apartment back home quickly. After calling 3 or 4 companies, I had the great pleasure of speaking with Mark. Not only was she quick and efficient in providing a quote, but he was also very transparent about the entire process. The crew was professional, friendly, and easy to get along with, and most importantly, they got things done! Thank you all so much for making this move quick and completely stress-free.

   Fast, efficient and well organized

   Scheduling the move was super easy, and everything went exactly according to plan. The movers were very efficient and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They wrapped all the large furniture in blankets and made sure the boxes were placed in the correct rooms at our new home. Everything was handled smoothly. Would highly recommend!

   I’ve moved many times for work over the past 20+ years. Even though the company always paid for premium moving services, Diamond Relocation is by far the best I’ve ever used! The crew I had was punctual, professional, courteous, and very pleasant. They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. Everything was carefully and neatly wrapped, then quickly loaded onto the truck. Unpacking and unloading were just as fast, with absolutely no damage to any of my belongings. I was stressed before the move, but this crew made the whole experience completely hassle free. I’m extremely grateful and a very happy customer. Highly recommend!

   Smooth Local Move

   We had a local move in Ottawa and everything went smoothly. The movers were very polite, hardworking, and responsible.    Great company, great service!

   Diamond Relocation were fantastic! They were punctual, professional and went absolutely gentle with our furniture. We had previously used another mover and they damaged our furniture and the walls, this did not happen with them. Our belongings were well packaged and safely transferred to our new home. They also helped with arranging the furniture and reassembled the pieces that needed it. Special thanks to Mark in the office for making the whole process smooth and organized!

    Exceptional Moving Experience

    This is a moving company that goes above and beyond to meet your moving needs. From the initial quote process to the actual moving delivery crew, everything was top notch. They nicely wrapped all of my furniture with moving blankets, stretch wrap, and tape where appropriate. They were professional, not to mention very time-efficient. They are a highly reliable company and great to work with, so I would strongly recommend using them.
