   I’d definitely use this company again.

   Cole and his team showed up at 9am on the dot and went straight to work setting up protective covering on our floors and door and completely wrapped all furniture. Nothing was damaged in the move and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The guys were professional and took care to ensure everything was done just as we wanted each step of the way. This was by far the best move I’ve had and I’d definitely use this company again.

   THERE'S A REASON FLORIDA GOVERNOR IS MAKING THEIR PRACTICES ILLEGAL!

   This company is a complete SCAM! Best example of BAIT AND SWITCH I've ever seen! We called several movers to get quotes before our cross country move. I hand it to them, because they have a good name (and I believe there really is another moving company with the name Eagle), so when their quote came in very competitive, we went for it. We worked out the move date, and finished packing. As the date came closer, my husband worked with another agent for them to do a final count. The box count and things we missed the first time did increase, and the price did go up - this was not unexpected, and we went forward with our plans. This time, however, my husband was METICULOUS in his box counts and items (furniture, lawn mower, patio furniture) etc. The day before our move, another company, CROSS COUNTRY LONG DISTANCE MOVERS (reviewed separately) called to say they would be picking up our stuff, but that they were having scheduling problems and could we push it back two days. Wait... who are you??? That's the first time I realized Eagle Moving Group doesn't do any moving - they are strictly brokers. We could not put off our move - we were driving across country with our dog and had hotels carefully planned along the way to accomodate her. They said they would check with dispatch. The next day, they show up in a 24 foot box truck that was already half full. We had 2 bedrooms, LR, DR, patio furniture, W/D and over 100 boxes. Obviously, it wasn't going to fit. After they loaded as much as they could, they told us they would come back the next morning for the rest, and then hit us with our total was going to be $1700 more than the original quote! The lead guy kept saying "YOU HAVE ALOT OF STUFF MY FRIEND!". It was late Saturday, we couldnt get anyone at Eagle, and the lead guy just said "you can pay that, or we can remove some stuff from the truck, but you're over the quote on cubic feet". So, we're held hostage. We can't leave stuff. We agree to pay on Sunday when they picked up the rest, and again we had no way to call Eagle. Fast forward 12 days later, we are waiting for our stuff to arrive. We have called Eagle and Cross Country Movers at least 12 times to discuss the price and the arrival date of our belongings. While we did speak to someone each time we called, we always got the same answers: "We will review the quote and get back to you in 2-4 days", and "We will check with the dispatcher to see where your stuff is". We NEVER received a call back from either group. While they did say, you will receive a phone call 24 hours before your delivery, a THIRD company called yesterday, and said they would be there in the next few minutes. What a joke! We scrambled to get to the bank to get them their cash, and our stuff arrived. The bill of lading didn't match what they had, and to be honest, it was hectic, and we may be missing a box or two. I don't really know. BBB shows the consumer rating at 3.6. If you really dig into those reviews, they are ALL either 5 star (no way) or 1 star. Reading the 5 stars, they ALL have the same style of writing, and I don't believe they were written by real customers. This company is truly one of the worst I've ever done business with! PLEASE STAY AWAY OR BE WARNED!

   Worst experience I've ever had with any company ever

   Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever interacted with. Ever. PLEASE never ever use this company. Liars, scammers, and thieves. Everyone is so nice until they have your money. Then everything changes. They delivered on zero of the promises they made. They used other shipping carriers that were not on the list of carriers they provided me (meaning I never got the chance to make sure I was ok with the actual companies that were moving my things). The delivery date they promised me over and over was weeks off from when my stuff was delivered (it was delivered weeks late and in the middle of the night). I was charged THOUSANDS of dollars more than the agreed upon price at rates I never agreed to. They literally showed up with a totally different contract than what I originally signed, and said I had to sign it or they would take my deposit of thousands of dollars and leave, so I was stuck. Several items were damaged (including the most expensive piece of furniture I own) and at least one box was missing. Every single person I talked to lied to me. Zero stars. I'm literally traumatized from this whole experience. I'm only writing this in hopes it saves someone from going through what we went through. Beyond disappointing. I seriously considered taking legal action against them, but I would have to do so in the state of Florida, according to their contract, and that's just not feasible for me.

   This hit was our miss

   It's important to understand Eagle Moving isn't the actual company that will come to your home--they FIND a mover to do it.In our case, the movers were from a couple of hours away, even though there are plenty of companies closer to us. The first thing that happened is the folks they've our job: Glass City Movers, loaded our home contents and said they'd see us at the new house and then they didn't show up. We called--no answer. We called the highway patrol to see if they were in an accident. No record of one. Then we slept the night on the floor wondering if we’d see our home contents. They came the next day saying they’d gone home for the night but didn’t bother to let us know. The list is long to note damages -- which we can't seem to claim because they provide no means to make claims. (The broken dishware, because they didn’t individually wrap items, is a small example of what we’d claim if we could.) We couldn’t find info about making a claim on their website and when we emailed them to ask how to do it they simply replied, “There’s a form on our site.” Eagle Moving Group needs to be selective in who they send AND they need to look at your location. But frankly, I'd just book a mover with good reviews myself!

   This is a long review, so if you want the gist... When you call around, companies will say to be careful. Moving companies will promise the world and under deliver - This company does EXACTLY THAT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT. On October 9, 2023 we got in contact with Eagle Moving to facilitate our move from California to Texas. We spoke with Nick G, he consulted with us on what our needs were, what was moving in our house, the distance of the move, etc. We spoke with other moving companies and found out that for a move this large, most companies will fill a moving truck then unload, reload and then transport to the final destination. Lie #1 - He assured us that Eagle Moving does not do that and our shipment would go straight to Texas. - When the movers showed up on January 10, 2024, they told us the truck would arrive in Las Vegas, they would unload and reload into a new truck. Lie #2 - He told us we would be getting 6 movers the initial day and atleast 5-6 arrival day. The day they showed up we had 3 movers. The delivery day we only had 2 delivery drivers. Lie #3 - He told us we could leave light items in the dressers. The movers told us to take EVERYTHING out of the drawers, this isnt a big deal. However, the movers took apart some of our furniture and we are still missing shelves, our bed frame was damaged. Lie #4 - Nov 20, we told him we would be taking solar panels & batteries and asked if this would be an issue, he said no problem - We were charged an additional $1,000 for him saying it would be no issue and no problem. Lie #5 - During the consultation and over the entire 3 months we discussed with Nick how we had wine that needed to be moved. He NEVER told us that THE MOVERS DONT MOVE LIQUIDS... We told him how many cases of wine would be moved and how many wine fridges. This became a major issue on our LAST DAY in the house. Our items arrived damaged, some items missing, we received extra charges even though we discussed everything with Nick PRIOR. 2 business days prior to our move Nick VANISHED. No responses. He promised during our move he would be our contact and readily available. When I called the company to complain and get help, I was assisted by Jaime &Caelum. Caelum was EXTREMELY condescending. We had movers at our house and it was our last day in the house and as I was explaining everything and asking for someone to call us back for assistance, he condescendingly said "we appreciate all feedback and I'll make sure to pass this message along". His tone alone suggested that he didn't care and it wasn't his problem. We were told multiple times that we would get a call back and NEVER received a call. This company got our stuff moved but are the definition of promising the world and delivering our stuff damaged & making sure to get extra money out of you. A move half way across the country is hard enough, its sad that a company like this couldn't possibly care any less about their customers.

   These folks just moved me from Sherman TX to Edmond OK. What a disaster! Eagle Moving contracted S & DJ Moving. Eagle moving grossly underestimated how much stuff we had. S & DJ brought a 26 foot truck and two movers. A simple one day move turned into a one week example of why we should have hired one of the big boys. They showed up after noon on the second day. Took that afternoon and the following morning to pack the truck. They were in contact with their boss regarding the stuff not packed. Based on pictures taken by the driver, said boss hit me with a $3700 invoice for a second trip. Trip to start in 3 to 4 days. Driver left around noon. Got a call from the driver Thursday evening. Seems the truck was stuck in a weigh station in need of safety repairs. Long story short, the second load arrived. Half of our excess was still in Sherman TX. The movers could not throw our stuff off the truck and get away fast enough. We rented a 9 foot cargo van from U-haul and finished the job ourselves. Total cost about $12,000. I have not checked but I think that is more than what United would have charged. Eagle failed to respond when I shared the basics of the story above. moral: get someone else

   I wish they had negative stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Walked room to room with them on the phone. They got to the move site and over doubled our quote. Now won’t return calls and gave us a bogus email. Stay away from thes people they are scammers They tell u don’t speak to any other moving companies now I know why. They could refund us some money.

   BEWARE, terrible communication

   BEWARE...We placed a 3k nonrefundable deposit with this company. 2 weeks outside of our move we asked to push our dates back because of an issue with the sale of our home, we were told no issue! Eagle Movers cancelled our move, didnt tell us the price would change and when we called to update our dates, they informed us that now the move would cost an additional $2,400 and we would need to place that amount deposit down (in addition to our already 3k deposit) just to get our move reinstated. Our new move would now cost close to 8/9k.. This all happened within a two-week period. They did not notify us when we had asked to make this change. Now we are suck with either losing our initial 3k deposit or having to pay an additional $2,400 to move forward with the move. To top it off, customer service and some of the supervisors we spoke to were absolutely horrible - giving us lines like "sorry we didnt communicate this with you but that's what it is" or "the person you were dealing with is no longer with the company" or "that person that told you this has only been here 2 weeks". I would honestly avoid this company at all costs. Customer service was atrocious. Several times we were told that we would be called back, and they never did... Wish I would have looked up their BBB rating before moving forward with them in the first place. We have decided to get our attorney involved and are going a different direction with our move. I refuse to give this "company" another cent...

   STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could give no stars to leave a review. This company is not a moving company they are a broker. Your deposit is for them to get paid... once movers come you pay another price… to start off the day that was scheduled NO ONE showed up!!! Called dispatch for 3 hours they looked to find a company & stated they don’t have any drivers! They charge for oversized boxes, they don’t provide boxes, they charge if you have to use the elevator, they do not take TVs unboxed and more other fees they will find to include. They gave my grandmother a date that her belongings would be delivered to the address giving with in 7 days!!!! It is now 2 weeks later my grandmother still don’t have her stuff!!!! Called company several times to question where her stuff is they continue to say they don’t have a driver & her stuff should be to her in 4 days!!!! I told my grandmother that she needs to call her renters insurance & also file a police report that with no promise delivery her stuff is stolen!!! My grandma found out about this company from her leasing office & honestly for them to refer the elderly to go with this scamming ass company makes me believe they may get something on commission for the booking too!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! ZERO STARS ‼️‼️

    Beware this company

    I would not use this company again under any circumstance. They sold their service saying the estimate would be accurate and 3-4 movers would show up, as scheduled. They were a day late, had only two workers arrive resulting in still loading at 3:00 AM after 13 hours. After most of my goods were on the truck I was told the estimate was off by more than 25%. Alternatives were either pay or we can unload the truck. Once the truck was loaded, I was then told they would take up to 14 days to deliver at their discretion. Goods were delivered 5 days late and had nearly $1000 worth of items missing, for which I was given $69 through their claims process. I can honestly say that I've never encountered a more deceptive and dishonest company in their business practices.
