    Happy Mover.

    I moved today (6/24/20) and had the pleasure of meeting Kenan and his Partner, they were very polite and professional, and did an excellent job. Definitely will refer to others and use this company again in the future.

    Non existent customer service

    I booked Go2Movers several days in advance through HireAHelper for an upcoming move. After receiving no communication from the company, I called the owner, David, myself to confirm the appointment. He immediately texted asking who was calling, but after I explained that I had an upcoming booking and simply wanted confirmation, he stopped responding. I followed up again the next day and made it clear that I needed confirmation or I would have to hire another company. I still received no response. Moving is stressful enough without having to wonder whether the movers you hired are actually going to show up. I ultimately canceled the booking and hired another company because I couldn’t risk waiting any longer. A simple confirmation would have been all that was necessary. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service.
