   Car Shipping Long Beach to Honololu.

   I had an EXCELLENT experience using Hawaiian Shipping to transport my car from Long Beach, CA to Honolulu, HI.  It was always easy to get a hold of a representative on the phone (no wait time, automatic messages, etc).  Everytime I called a real person picked up the phone and was able to answer my questions honestly and correctly without any run around.    I initially was planning to ship furniture and house hold goods, but my plans changed at the last minute.  The company did not give me any hassle for changing my plans and was able to give me a booking number for my car the SAME DAY I was planning to drop it off at the port.  Again, it was a last mintue decision and I called/emailed Kim first thing in the morning and she was able to help me out immediately.  The situation could have gotten ugly for me, but thankfully Hawaiian Shippers can excellent customer service and my car arrived in Hawaii just as promised (via a Matson shipping vessel). Thank you!  Mahalo!

   Let me give a little background. I recently purchased a project truck to rebuild. A 1967 Chevy pickup, but it was never my intention to purchase a completed vehicle. I wanted to rebuild it myself, after looking for almost a year, I started looking at mainland areas where I knew ports were. I looked for a truck that was running to make shipping easier. However a 67 year old truck can have a very liberal definition of "running". As it turns out the parking brake did not engage fully when it arrived at the port through my shipper. Matson would not accept the vehicle so the shipping company moved it down to San Diego from LA to ship with Hawaiian Shippers. The next ship was already filled so it had to wait for the following shipment, but Hawaiian Shippers accepted it as a non-op as it was. A month later it finally arrived (no fault of Hawaiian Shippers they were actually 3 days early).   When I arrived to pick up the truck, the battery had died in shipment, and David was kind enough to give me a jump, and even helped me while we got it turned over even though the starter was being difficult.    There are those people that you get the chance to meet at a company that really sell it for you. David is one of those, I will make sure Hawaiian Shippers is our first choice the next time we ship anything either way. Thank you !!

   Great Company.

   I chose this company mainly because of Lizzie who took her time explaining the moving process to me. She was informative and took her time understanding what I needed. Since my items were in a Storage unit I was worried since I knew that I would not be present on move date. She promised me that everything will be fine and it was. Armando and his crew were amazing. All of my items arrived undamaged and on time. I am happy with this company and will recommend to family and co-workers. .

   We highly recommend them.

   This was the firs time I ever hired a moving company. I called them because of their positive reviews on My Moving Reviews.I was minimum which costs 85 an hour if you pay in cash.They called the day before to confirm the appointment and showed up on time which was greatly appreciated.They were very quick and effacing and completed the job early in 2.5 hours with no damage to any of my furniture. I would definitely hire again.  .

   My roommate and I went with Hawaiian Shippers once more because of their excllent customer service and professional moving skills. ben and danny were fast and careful with all of our things and had us unloadedat our new place in a timely manner. We were vere very satisfild with our experience with Hawaiian Shippers. We will hire them again in the future, and will recommend their services.

   Great experience with Hawaiian Shippers.

   Tom and Yoni were on time, professional, and worked the whole time. They also helped me out of a bind .. after they assessed all my stuff they communicated that the storage Unit I reserved was too small. I was able to reserve a larger unit while they were loading the truck, which saved time, money and added stress. They were right! We would not have gotten everything into the smaller unit. I will using them again for my next move out of the storage unit.

   I will definitely use these guys, plus recommend them to my friends.

   My move inside Hawaii was handled perfectly. These guys are quick and careful with great attention to detail. They packed all my belongings and disassembled my furniture for my 2 bedroom apartment. They then reassembled everything at destination, paying attention to not harm the new place (taped over all the hallways and stairs during the move). Overall, if I need to move again, I will definitely use these guys, plus recommend them to my friends. Nice to know there are reliable options out there.

   I am glad I choose them.

   I used Hawaiian Shippers to move from Town to the Windward side and I was really impressed. I called a bunch of different companies to get quotes and they were by far the most professional and responsive. Their estimator met my wife at our home and did a full walk through to get an accurate idea of all the stuff we need to move. The estimator also explained how the whole process worked and what I could expect on the move day if we used them. The next day I had a detailed written estimate from them. After collecting estimates from other movers my wife and I agreed that Hawaiian Shippers was by far the most through and responsive and they were the ones we wanted to have move us. I booked the move with them and waited until the move day. Their office called us the day before our move and let us know that they would be arriving at our house between 9-10am. The movers showed up the next day at around 7:30am and got strait to work. All of the movers were dress professionally and very upbeat. The move went really smoothly, they handled our stuff really carefully and accommodated my wife's every request. Once they had all of our stuff loaded up in the truck we headed to our new residence. They offloaded the truck and re-setup all the beds and place all the furniture and boxes where we wanted it. All the guys in our moving crew awesome. We definitely use them again and have recommend them to our friends.I am glad I choose them.

   Great service.

   I used Hawaiian shippers when I made my big move to California. It was the best experience I had. The customer service was excellent. The movers were very nice and they left everything clean. Nothing was damaged during my move. They packed and moved all my stuff very fast and efficiently. All of my stuff was in the condition I left it in. I would recommend them to everyone.   .

    This company may have been legit years ago but it's not anymore. Moved from Maui to the mainland (midwest) in September 2022 and didn't receive our things until January 2023, we were told it would take about 4 weeks. We shipped mostly boxes, no large furniture. My mom found this moving company after getting Mark's phone number from Jen when she called Pasha. I didn't know she was using Hawaiian Shippers until about a month in when I asked her why our things hadn't left Hawaii yet; my airtag showed our shipment on Oahu. We both tried calling and sending emails to get ahold of the company but they were unresponsive, our calls were all forwarded to the same voicemail box. My mom called Pasha to complain and immediately received a response back from Mark who was angry at her for contacting Pasha. He gave her his "personal number", she called about once a week to check on things and keep them moving. We called the police to file a report but didn't file anything as we waited and things started moving. We were told there was a pallet and a wooden crate that would be shipped to California and put on a truck from there. I followed my airtag on the train tracks to Chicago before it was put on a truck to go to its final destination, South Dakota. When it arrived the truck had only one pallet, which had been smashed so badly it couldn't be forklifted out of the truck. They unloaded all the boxes one at a time by hand. Large items were broken, cardboard boxes were smashed, all of the plastic boxes were broken some with large holes in the sides, the TV was smashed, and the dog kennel was destroyed. We are missing items, it seems someone stole straight out of our packed boxes. Origami desk, a Ukulele in its new case, a screwdriver, a bag of stickers, glass art pieces, a Nutribullet blender, spices, a projector, a small coach wallet that had about $20 in silver dollars and 50 cent coins, a giant abalone shell, and other sentimental items are completely missing. I thought we lost everything.
