   We were very pleased with IMS Moving Network from quoting start with Kevin (IntraGlobe) to Hector in Montreal and Patricia in Spain. process was flawless, both pickup and delivery people were very professional and respectful. Packing attention and materials in Montreal were super good as well. I would recommend them anytime.

   International move

   The team in Calgary Alberta was great to work with, from the first contact of getting a quote to the packing team, which showed up early and so efficient and careful with packing our items. On the receiving end of the move in Western Australia, the communication and handling of details was all taken care of smoothly and efficiently, would definitely use them again! Helped make the transfer of our belongings so smooth and took away a lot of stress.

   They took care of everything!

   We hired IMS Moving Network to move our Mother's personal belongings from Mississauga Ontario to Michigan. They handled everything and the workers were excellent to deal with, from the administrative staff to the gentlemen that came to load everything up. Prompt, professional and extremely courteous. They treated her things like they were theirs. I highly recommend them!

   I deduct two stars because of the lack of transparency and responsibility of the organization. It seems that Europack and Brytor and IMS are all now the same organization. Jody at Europack offered door to door delivery with movers from Vancouver to France with a personal 20’ shipping container. Accordingly, I flew from France to supervise the loading of my container -- a complete wast of money because the shipping container never arrived. Instead movers came and took all of my personal belongings to a warehouse. Afterwards, I was contacted by IMS Moving Network who I had never heard of before. I reached out repeatedly to Jody and she ignored my emails. IMS has a terrible reputation for damaging belongings, missing items, and significant shipping delays, so it was very stressful to discover that they were in fact managing my shipment. However, the movers in Vancouver were well organized and careful, managed by Juan and supervised by Pablo (Brytor Moving). As well, the broker in France (Magellan Transit) was well organized, and there were no delays in clearing customs. Furthermore, the movers who delivered my belongings from the port in Marseille were excellent. My belongings only took two months to arrive, and damages were negligible. So, thank you.

   WARNING - DO NOT USE!!!!

   This Company is an absolute travesty to international moving and an utter scam. They are unprofessional and unethical in every way. We moved from Vancouver to the UAE. The packing team were pleasant enough, but ran out of time and had I not packed alongside them, we would never have finished in the allocated time. Some furniture items were badly/insufficiently packed and I had a huge insurance claim as a result because of so much damage! I got a quote for a large container, turns out they were unable to fit all the items which I was only notified of many weeks later. My shipment was delayed 3 times and I was never kept in the loop but had to chase for information. At this point I was staying in Airbnbs and had to book and move at the last minute as I couldn't move into my house due to the shipment delay. My shipping quote was for a fully inclusive DOOR TO DOOR service. Turns out, IMS put my container on a French shipping line which is renowned for not letting containers off the ship. This meant that on arrival in UAE a month later than expected, I was then lumped with HUGE additional costs out of the blue - due to the container not being allowed off the ship, I was now being charged labour costs for unpacking the container port side, shuttling to the Customs and handling facility, demurrage charges (due to delay), further handling charges, and finally further charges to have my items delivered to my residence by trucks - WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN MY DOOR TO DOOR payment! My hands were tied and had to pay as otherwise my things would not be delivered. Upon delivery, we realised that as they couldn't fit all our belongings, loads of items were missing; the worst part being, there was no thought or care from IMS to ensure the items that were IN the container were complete. So we had our table frame delivered but no table top (it had been dismantled and the table top was still in Canada), we had our beds delivered but not all parts, so were unable to assemble them. It was absolutely mind boggling how they did this. I had to wait a further THREE months for my remaining items to be delivered!! There was barely any communication from Patricia to update, I kept having to chase for answers. When the remaining boxes and furniture parts were finally delivered, I was told by the agent that I needed to pay extra to have the beds and furniture items be assembled as they hadn't been informed to do so by IMS in Canada. It was an absolutely infuriating experience and extremely stressful! And lastly, nobody told me that one of my boxes was missing and had been found in Montreal - I happened to find out when dealing with the insurance person at IMS, Vanel, who casually slipped this into an email. When I questioned HOW AND WHY this happened, I never received any answers, just told that it will be shipped. Since then, I have written repeated emails to find out the status of my missing box shipment and I have been COMPLETELY GHOSTED AND IGNORED by IMS. It has now been almost a year since we moved to UAE and I am still missing my belongings and nobody at IMS is replying to my emails or updating me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER ENGAGE IMS for your moving needs - they are SHOCKING and you will end up spending more and having the most stressful experience. I have moved internationally many times in my life and have several stories to tell, but this has by far been THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVE EVER!!! DO NOT USE IMS - COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PRONTO!

   this company is a SCAM

   Our international move from Philadelphia to Italy was an extremely disappointing and costly experience. The packing quality was unacceptable. Valuable artwork was packed in the middle of boxes with unrelated items, fragile belongings were wrapped only in paper, and little to no bubble wrap was used. Many items arrived damaged, broken, or missing. We purchased $10,000 worth of insurance for peace of mind, but when we filed our claim for damages that exceeded $10,000, the response was shocking. Despite the extensive losses, we were told we would receive only $300 in compensation. Even that amount was never paid as they disappeared and stopped answering us. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and communication. After multiple follow-ups over several months, our emails simply stopped receiving responses. The claims process felt designed to delay and avoid resolution rather than help customers recover their losses. Our experience involved poor packing practices, significant property damage, missing items, an unfulfilled insurance claim, and a complete lack of customer support after delivery. I would avoid this company completely!

    Terrible experience

IMS has a terrible reputation for damaging belongings, missing items, and significant shipping delays. Patricia at IMS has yet to confirm shipping dates, or personal use of the 20’ container, and they are only offering total-loss insurance. This is an extremely traumatizing experience. I feel like I’ve been robbed by Europack/IMS and no one is accountable at these companies. The only good thing I can say is that the movers in Vancouver were well organized and careful, managed by Juan and supervised by Pablo. But who knows what happened to my property after it drove away.
