   Malhonnête à fuir!!!

   Incroyable, six mois d'enfer. Au printemps, j'ai demandé deux devis, un pour 4 mètres cubes et un autre pour 12 mètres cubes. Le devis pour 4 mètres cubes était de 4 990 $, tandis que celui pour 12 mètres cubes était de 9 900 $. Jusque-là, tout allait bien. L'agent était très agréable et répondait rapidement. J'ai préparé tous les cartons, mesuré chez moi et estimé environ 6 mètres cubes. Je m attendais donc a payer un peu au dessus de $4,990 et en dessous de $9,900. Lorsque les déménageurs sont arrivés, je leur ai demandé quel était le volume, et ils m'ont répondu qu'ils ne savaient pas, mais que je recevrais bientôt une facture avec la taille totale. Trois semaines plus tard, MAUVAISE SURPRISE, la facture était de 10 mètres cubes à 12,000 $. J'ai exprimé mon mécontentement, et ils ont finalement réduit le prix à 9 500 $. Cependant, cela m'a semblé étrange car le devis initial était de 12 mètres cubes pour 9 900 $, et là, ils me facturaient 10 mètres cubes pour 9 500 $. Malheureusement, je n'avais pas le choix, car ils avaient toutes mes affaires en otage, et je devais quitter le pays dans trois jours. Le déménagement a finalement eu lieu en France après des mois d'attente et une communication terrible avec IMS. J'étais présent pour la livraison et j'ai réalisé que mes 10 mètres cubes facturés à un prix élevé entraient facilement dans une caisse de 8 mètres cubes, qui n'était même pas pleine. J'ai demandé une facture, et ils ont ajusté le volume à 8 mètres cubes pour 9 500 $. Cependant, ils n'ont pas ajusté le prix, ce qui a compliqué la situation. Ils ont refusé de faire quoi que ce soit, jouant sur les mots. J'ai donc décidé de confier mon litige à un avocat et à une association de protection des consommateurs. Étant donné les avis que d'autres clients ont laissés, je ne dois pas être le seul dans cette situation. L'avocat a suggéré que nous entamions une enquête sur la société et que nous regroupions des clients qui ont également été victimes d'IMS. Je crains que mon argent soit perdu pour le moment, mais cela n'est pas acceptable. Il s'agit clairement d'une arnaque et d'une fraude, et je suis confiant que la justice canadienne saura rétablir la situation. En attendant, je suppose qu'ils vont répondre à ce message et essayer de faire croire que c'est moi qui n'ai rien compris. Cependant, l'avocat en charge du dossier ne doute pas de la malhonnêteté d'IMS.

   LostAndDamaged

   Goods were lost in transit. When they were eventually location, they took over a year to arrive at destination. Not surprisingly they were damaged and the claims department was obstructive and difficult to deal with.

   Worst Ever

   I’d give negative stars if able. The move went ok, but they damaged significantly our $3000 sofa and after we provided photos and required paperwork they offered us $120 CAD to remedy the damage. They claimed the insurance we took only covered us if all our goods were lost or damaged and if not, we are only entitled to the basic policy of six cents per pound. Nowhere in the contract does it say this nor was I given an explanation on the different levels of coverage. The insurance was chosen for me and when I asked about it I was assured I would be fully covered for any damage. The $120 is ridiculous for a destroyed $3000 sofa. Horrible company.

   Terrible service

   The worst ever experience in my life .Boxes damaged ,20% of our stuff are damaged or broken. Missing items like patio chairs and boxes with clothes and personal belongings. they do not pay to nobody for any damages or lost items even with insurance. I don't know how are they on the market .? Cheaters.

   TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE EVER!

   My parents hired this company to move their belongings from Canada to Romania....they pushed them into paying for a 40' container, even though it was barely half full, once it arrived in Romania....a king size mattress went missing in transit, and a bunch of my parents things got badly damaged and pretty much destroyed. When reaching out to the company, they said he should of obtained insurance ($5,000) to cover any damages, so they told him there is nothing they can do, and they don't know where their mattress is (probably stolen). DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

   Very unethical

   I hired IMS to transport my goods from Canada to Dubai. They promised the world initially, then my goods were manhandled, boxes were broken into, goods were stolen. Items broken. I even had insurance, but when the time came they refused any of it, by using some technical jargon. Pay a little extra and hire a company worth doing business with rather than these conniving thieves.

   Move experience

   I hired IMS Moving Network on May 2022 to move my furniture from Seattle to Vancouver, BC. While the sales representative and project manager were great and always helpful, I found the moving experience not satisfying. They rely on a bunch of subcontractors and the whole process becomes opaque. Especially, the one who took care of the move once the boarder was crossed. The company is called Brytor. They scratched my place while delivering my stuffs, the staff was unpleasant and they delivered a couple of items damaged. Things can happen but the claim has been going on for 6 weeks now and I've received no follow-up whatsoever. I do not recommend them.
