   Lifesavers!

   Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The team worked hard, were professional and considerate with our things. When we found out our exchange might have been delayed they were flexible and happy to work around our new timescales. They unpacked the other end lightning fast and made our lives so easy by asking where everything should live. They also put our beds back together in record time which was very much appreciated. It was the best money we spent during our entire move and we can’t thank InterCity enough!

   Fantastic service. They are great value for money with an easy quoting system. Communication was easy and booking was flexible. We got refunded the extra trip fee which made it incredibly good value for money.

   Overseas Removal from London

   Super professional outfit. Dealt with Adrian in their Cardiff office. The packers and removers they recommended did a very good job. Overseas shipment of a large TV, computer equipment, sofa and crockery with no damage. Very economical quote too for a door to door service and assembly at the destination. Adrian was very cooperative, did an initial video call to access quantum of load, then came back very quickly with a 30 day quote which was very reasonable given a door to door service. Highly recommend.

   Excellent Removals Company

   I have to say that the team from Intercity Removals today were the best that I’ve ever had the privilege to deal with. Stuart, Darren, Steve and Luke were so very helpful and very friendly. We have made new friends today and I am using the same team when I move my goods out of storage into my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They paid attention to the care of my furniture and my antiques items. Everything was handled with care as if it was their own. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I really cannot praise them enough. Thank you lads. You’re the best!!

   Superb service

   We engaged Intercity to pack, move and reassemble for us for our move within the Cardiff area. I cannot speaking highly enough of their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Moving house is a stressful process but without these guys it would’ve been impossible. They solved problems without any hesitation and were so polite throughout the process. I’d use Intercity for every house move and would certainly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

   Recently moved around the corner . Rang intercity a week before to get a quote , price was really good so we booked . Had a video call with chippy ( what a lovely guy ) friendly but professional ! The removal guys turned up bright and early and got going immediately! I can’t thank Luke , Alex and Stu ( Irish ) enough they were absolutely amazing !!!! Would recommend anyone to give intercity a ring if you need your stuff moved .

   Great service from initial contact

   Every single person we came across from Intercity were fantastic: the initial video call to assess the amount of stuff we had to move; Anna who dealt with all my many queries up until the move and the 5 lovely chaps who moved us were great. The price was such good value and I’d like the company to give a pay rise to the drivers and the porters as they put in so much effort on one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you so much.

   Local move Ystrad Mynach

   Cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. Wasn't an easy move as got cancelled once through no fault of theirs our ours. But found them courteous,caring and a can't do enough attitude which in this day and age goes a long way. Have used them 3 times now for different moves and every time been brilliant. Thank you all very much

    Amazing Service

    Amazing service from everyone that I dealt with. During the video tour, they were quick to go through everything & provide suggestions on how to ensure everything was packed safely. On moving day, had 3 gentleman arrive with 2 vans. Everyone was super friendly & helpful, clearing the house quickly and with great care, especially as I had more specialist items that required greater care. At the drop off point, they made sure everything went where it needed to be & that nothing was damaged. Overall an amazing sevice. Good price, amazing communication throughout & great care with all of our stuff
