   Excellent from start to finish - whole team effort

   My apologies for only having gotten round to this review now! What an utterly exceptional team. Everyone, from the management to the movers, put in maximum effort to get this move from Yorkshire -> Wales done safely and securely. A massive personal thank you to Alex and George who grafted all day getting our house packed up and transported down, for what was a very stressful move in itself. The communication at all times was excellent and Gabriel worked magic in the background to ensure a timely start and finish - thank you again for taking our personal circumstances into account and adjusting things as you did. Our possessions were treated with the utmost respect, and valuables that we had forgotten about were highlighted and placed back in our hands personally. All items including, but not limited to our TV, computer monitors, speakers etc. arrived in one piece in full working order. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would seek them out for future moves. Thank you again for your hard work and care for this!

   Excellent service

   We recently used Intercity for our house move on 8 July, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, George provided a detailed introduction to the process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we had. It gave us real confidence that we were in safe hands. On moving day, the team were outstanding. They packed, moved and reassembled our belongings with the utmost care and professionalism. Every member of the team was friendly, courteous and incredibly hardworking, treating our possessions as if they were their own. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked efficiently throughout the day while ensuring everything was handled carefully. Their organisation, attention to detail and excellent customer service were second to none. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Intercity to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals company, and we would happily use them again in the future. Thank you to George and the whole team for making our move such a positive experience.

   George runs a great team! We had a video meeting with Cipy for our quote; we picked up packing boxes as and when we needed them in the week beforehand; the three guys came to us on a Sunday to empty our apartment and we moved in on a Monday. Every single person we dealt with was polite, friendly and super efficient. Can’t fault them! A pleasure to deal with.

   A Complete Peace of Mind Service

   Fantastic service. From survey to delivery, their communication was exceptional and their flexibility over and above my expectations. On the big day their team worked effectively and efficiently.    Fantastic service, friendly guys, excellent pricing

   What can i say but wow, this removal company was fantastic, the guys showed up on time, were so experienced and knowledge about the whole experience ( it was our first time using a removal company) but they made the process so much easier for us, we did have a delay in collecting our keys but they were so patient and understanding, I can't rate this company enough, I urge you to use them as you will be dealing with an outstanding company, who go out of their way to help you anyway they can, Anna in the office was amazing aswell, so helpful, the quote they gave was very reasonable, we had 4 vans and 6 men, they loaded up a 3 bed house with garden furniture in 3 hours amazing. And no damages to any of our possessions.If i could give them 10 stars I would.

   The team that moved us yesterday were excellent. Very professional and helpful. They turned up on time, packed and took care with our belongings and delivered them to all the rooms as instructed. Also took apart and reconstructed some of the furniture. Very pleased with our removal experience.

    Professional, efficient, stressfree, amazing!
