   Over 5 moves and would never move without you!

   Simple as that Coles are the best of the best. We would never consider a move without them. We are a family with baby twins and they looked after us no end. My family used these guys for 3 generations now and we will continue to do so. Kind courteous and super smart on storage. We used storage for the first time our stuff came out a 4-6 weeks later fresh as anything! Keep up the good works Coles. Highly recommend. Daniela was great too she helped us time and time again when the solicitors delayed us and kept everything clear and made us feel safe!!

   Excellent services from China to UK.

   I used Excel Moving(Coles in the UK) to move my goods from Shanghai to Bicester in the UK. I am very happy with their services, specially during Pandemic, the shipping was not delayed, the door to door delivery was very well organized and efficient. Raymond in Shanghai and Daniela in the UK are very helpful and responsive, they were always there to answer my questions and provide assistance in the timely and friendly matter . The goods are well wrapped up taken care of and all arrived home safely within the expected timeline was given. I will definitely use their services again next time when I am moving! Lucy Liu.

   Consistently excellent, even during Covid.

   We have used Coles for 5 moves, including two international moves. They take excellent care with packing and wrapping. Our last move was in June 2020 and the movers took the appropriate Covid precautions. They aren't the cheapest, but the service is top-quality.

   From London to France.

   We had a complex move to make between London and France due to Covid19 lockdown. This company managed it very well. Staff was very helpful and always available. Delivery was bumpy due to the size of the truck, but the guys found a way to unload everything. None of our 174 items was missing.

   Excellent Service and Flexiblity.

   From dealing with constantly revised delivery dates due to COVID travel disruption, providing storage and delivery solutions for oversized furniture to collecting the left over packing materials at my convenience, Daniela and the team at Coles made moving countries as easy as it could be even considering the COVID disruption complications, nothing was too difficult for them! Highly Recommended!

   Absolutely fantastic.

   The Coles team were absolutely fantastic! Packing done safely and efficiently. When we got to my new house, the previous-owners weren’t at all ready for our arrival despite having assured their estate agent that they were ready! The Coles team coped brilliantly and made the whole change over experience pain-free. It could have been quite stressful. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation really straight forward.

   JA Coles were the company in the UK chosen to collect our container at Felixstowe arriving from the USA and deliver it to the Midlands. From our first email and telephone conversation with Daniela it was clear that she new exactly what was needed to be done and who the relevant contacts were to complete all the documentation and to get this delivery organized. All credit to Daniela an the team at JA Coles for taking all the stress out of this side of the move. Under extremely difficult conditions with the current pandemic they were able to get all procedures cleared and the container delivered and unloaded in a very tight time frame. JA Coles should certainly be a consideration for anyone relocating within the UK or Internationally.

   We used J A Coles for our move recently and thought they were brilliant. From the quoting process through to email/phone correspondence and the removals guys themselves who went above and beyond to ensure the move went smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and will use them without hesitation when we move again in the not too distant future!

   Fantastic Service.

   I have to say, what a great service and a pleasure to use J A Coles. I had to move very last minute as we all know when selling a property its very much touch and go. The team were ready to take my call and with date/time and were prepared for it. The removal guys were fabulous, they made it look all so easy. Very comfortable to be around and they were so lovely. They arrived at my new property and the sofa could not get through door. Without no panic, they had the situation in control and dealt with it swiftly. I am so grateful. Will be moving again to my permanent new home and there is no doubt I will be coming back to J A Coles and have also recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you once again Pam.

    If you value your possessions, we'd suggest looking elsewhere.

    A disappointing experience with a costly item damaged, and no resolution since We used Coles to move house, a distance of just over 2 miles, with our belongings stored for around 3 weeks in between. One of our items was a valuable marble dining table, which we were concerned about from the outset. Their estimator assured us they had experience moving items like this. Despite that, the table was stored and transported on its edge, which wasn't appropriate for an item of this kind. When we unpacked it, we found the edges badly damaged and crushed. We reported the damage immediately, and Coles apologised. That's where the good service ended. The insurance they highlight during the sales process has, in our experience, not lived up to expectations. Once we reported the damage, we were sent a set of forms and referred to a loss adjuster who has been slow to respond to emails. A repair was arranged, but it left the table in worse condition than before. Since then, we've had no follow-up calls or responses from Coles directly. We're now six weeks into trying to get this resolved, without success, and are considering legal advice as a next step. We understand accidents happen, and that's not really the issue. What matters more is how a company handles things afterwards, and that's where we feel let down. We gave them several opportunities to put this right, and haven't seen the follow-through we hoped for. We wouldn't use them again, and if you value your possessions, we'd suggest looking elsewhere.
