   J A Coles were great and we would highly recommend using them if you move house. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional and I especially thank Daniela for all her help and calming, reassuring voice over the phone whenever I called, as moving house is a very stressful process, especially after having lived somewhere for over 30 years! A couple of items were damaged but nothing of much significance and given the amount of furniture and so much other stuff the team moved, it would be hard to imagine that everything would arrive perfectly - overall, very happy we chose them!

   Coles were recommended to us by our neighbours who moved just before us and we would happily recommend them as well. It was a 2-step move with a week of storage in-between and all was handled professionally and empathetically given moving is a stressful time. Both legs of the move went very well and our belongings were well looked after during the week in storage. A big thanks to Tony, Darren, John and team.

   I used Coles for a major relocation from London to Norwich. 30 years of accumulated books, clothes and period furniture. Coles were exceptional from the initial consultation with Ray through to moving itself under George’s efficient but good humoured management to emptying and location of 3 vans of material in the “new” 4 storey Georgian house in Norwich.    Very happy with services provided

   Move within North London from a house to a flat on the second floor during severe Covid-restrictions. The initial assessment and time plan for the move were very realistic and worked well. A small team packed the van efficiently and with care. At the destination unpacking and moving of goods to the second floor was done by a team of eight in very short time. We were very impressed.

   Geoffrey from JA Coles was incredibly considerate on his (Covid-safe) survey visit to our home to assess our needs. Daniella in the office was super helpful, and the moving team were amazing. We want to give a proper shout-out to Andy (the foreman) for being totally in control, sorting problems both big and small, and generally just guiding us through every aspect. He’s an amazing guy and deserves recognition. We’ve been delighted with the service, at every single stage, that we have no hesitation to recommend JA Coles. In fact, we’ve already started spreading the word!

    Diligent, Considerate and FAST!

    The team arrived promptly and were extremely helpful. If moving something looked impossible, they found a solution. They were polite and unruffled, worked quickly and diligently with consideration for both the house I was leaving, and the one I moved into. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Five stars from me.
