   Pleased with service

   Decent company — would probably use again with some caveats. Moving our office from Putney to Acton — desks, chairs, IT equipment, filing cabinets. Even helped reassemble my bed frame at the new place — above and beyond. The van was well-stocked with blankets, straps, and wrapping materials. Would absolutely use K1 Removals again. The booking process was easy and the team kept me updated. Would use again without hesitation.

   K1 Removals.

   I moved after 10 years from UK to Poland. As a single-woman. So the stress for me was huge. There is a lot of transport service companies.. But which one you can trust? K1 was a good choice! I felt safe with this company.The entire process went in time, smoothly and professional. In addition there was a great contact with the office: they kept you up to date all the time (via email as well as telephonic) about the stage of moving, they sent reminders, and even you got from them a fantastic guide about the preparation for the removal. Heartily recommend!

   Crooks!! Avoid at all cost!

   We booked them to do a small move. They didn't show up saying that the upfront fee hadn't been transferred through (which it had). They then said they would refund "part" of the fee which we contested. We are still waiting for any refund! Crooks!!

   USING OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT PERMISSION

   This company claims that it is based at 21 Ellis Street, Knightsbridge. This is quite untrue. They are using this business address without consent and have been asked to cease doing so. We are a registered office company. It is embarrassing for us to have continual visits from debt collection agencies seeking the owner of K1 Removals Ltd. We have no idea as to the performance of his company. What we can say is that our services were used without payment or consent. We have formally asked it to relocate. When I told Mr Jones, the owner, that he had not permission to use our address he replied that he would claim our company had held the many legal claim letters sent to our address! He seemed incapable of understanding that he was using the address without payment and that it was causing staff acute embarrassment dealing with visiting debt enforcement agents. His mail is being held until he pays for our services. When told that we would use this platform to distance ourselves from his company Mr Jones has given a very strange reply. He claimed his mail and credit cards 'have been stolen'! Two of the debt recovery agents who visited us claimed Mr Jones owed several thousand pounds to various people. As to the google reviews posted they would seem works of fiction. We intend to inform the police about the threatening tenor of Mr Jones messages also noted by these genuine reviews of his company here. These customers all write graphically about the appalling service of K1 Removals Ltd and are genuine unlike those here! https://sirelo.co.uk/removal-company/london/k1-removals Had we known of these damaging reviews we would never have allowed KI Removals Ltd company to damage our reputation by registering with us and using our address to mislead. His claim that his mail has been stolen is false and defamatory and we intend to issue proceedings. His mail is held until he pays his outstanding fees. Knowing how much money he owes it is doubtful any bank cards would have been granted to his company: a company well behind with filing accounts.

   Not a credible company

   This isn’t a removal firm; this is a holding company consisting of a couple of blokes and one helpful member of staff. On the day of your move they send over whichever “freelance” staff they can get hold of. We booked packers the day before our move, including dismantling our flat pack wardrobes. Two guys turned up - one later than the other after being stuck in a taxi on the way to buy the packing materials from Big Yellow Storage. They had no tools with them and were only vaguely aware of the jobs that needed doing. One had to leave by 1pm. The ‘company’ phoned immediately from a ‘caller withheld’ number demanding payment. I stated that I wouldn’t pay the full amount until I’d seen them begin to dismantle the wardrobes; I couldn’t trust that they would do the job without any tools. The bloke on the phone from ‘head office’, and his ‘deputy manager’ that he also put on the phone, became rude, intimidating and verbally abusive. He called me a scammer and instructed his packers to turn any boxes they’d already packed upside down and leave my stuff in the street. He claimed he would phone all other removal companies to tell them to not enter into business with me. Up until paying a deposit this ‘company’ was fairly helpful and the emails I received were professional. Afterwards though there were limited ways of getting hold of them, no names of staff members were given and eventual emails were casual messages with poor spelling and grammar. Don’t waste your time or money on K1.

   Liars

   A complete nightmare, I'm giving one star because 0 is impossible. Organised my home moving the 1st of April and they didn't show up claiming an accident. Reorganised the 2nd and they didn't show up because it was bank holiday (then why agreeing to do the job in first place?), they offered to kove the follwing Monday which was again bank holiday....speachless They eventually sent someone with 2.5 hours delay. Did half of the job but refused to complete it claiming I wouldn't agree for a second trip (the 2 houses were 3 miles away). In no documents they talk about a single trip, smply all the items couldn't fit in the van they sent and I listed all the items to them weeks in advance. I hired a cleaner trough them, I actually end up managing her directly. I had to complete the job hiring someone else (they asked me additional £400 to complete the job) and pay £140. I had to postpone the cleaner for that day because of all the delay and they asked the cleaner to refuse to do the job, luckily she has been honest and postponed, but I had to pay a compensation for delays that were not my responsibility. The owner, if he is the owner, has been verbally abusive the whole day without the ability to understand the stress and trouble he created. The moving crew to which they subcontracted was horrified. I asked a compensation for the additional money I had to pay because of their ineptitude and obviously I got a not as answer. I'm taking legal action. Would avoid even if it was the last mover on this earth!

   Disgusting company!

   Absolutely disgusting service!! First of all they were 2.5 hours late on the day of the move due to the apparent breakdown of a van. When the guys who drove the van called me I asked about the van and they said it never broke down!! We were also told they would come with covers for the furniture which did not happen either, leading to the furniture like mattress and sofas being dragged through the mud! It basically has to all be replaced! Then the manager tried to call me and said he would only communicate via phone. I said it has to be via email so we have evidence and he simply said either you call me or that’s it. Once I stated that I am sick of their lies he said to me and I quote: “ no you are a liar, u was also racially abusive to our staff calling one of the men a dirty paki.”. He LITERALLY made up that I was being racially abusive to his staff?! I was the one helping them to move everything and there is video evidence of that on a CCTV video system of the building we were moving from. I can’t believe this and I would really warn anyone from using K1 removals! Absolutely disgusting. I have since contacted the police.
