   Very professional

   We recently employed the services of M25 removal company to assist us in our move from Clapham to the Sussex coast and I have to say the team were amazing. The team turned up early to assess what needed to be done and worked seamlessly to follow it through. Extremely polite, helpful and professional. This is the first stress free move we have had…. Apart from the usual exchange of contracts, solicitors and waiting on the sale chain of course ?

   Whole house pack & move.

   We used m25 movers to move us from our 3rd floor flat in london to our new 4th floor flat in Sevenoaks. Neither buildings have lifts We booked the fully inclusive service , that inc dismantling, packing & all the equipment. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The 3 movers were extremely hard working and careful with all our stuff. Everything was wrapped & packed properly & labelled efficiently. The move in total took the entire day(12 hours), and even until the last 5 mins they we still putting boxes into the correct room & assembling the furniture back together with care. Thankyou for making the move experience painless & easy ! 100% recommend!

   Great service.

   I have really been impressed by M25 Movers. I requested a quote via their website and within 5 minutes they called me and I managed to arrange a video call with their surveyor. I was pretty desperate as it was before Christmas period but they did not provided me with an outrageous quote. The price was reasonable and got the packing service for free. On the moving day 5 men came with 2 vans, within 5 hours everything was into the vans and on the way to the new address which was 10 miles away. By 4 PM we finished the whole move, they assembled every piece they dismantled and helped us to move the things through the house. I am really impressed by their service and I will definitely recommend them. They are a company that you can rely on.

   Perfect Removal Service!

   This is the second time I have used M25 and once again, the service provided was unbelievable! The M25 team (both the movers and booking/admin team) are highly professional, work very quickly and clearly care about what they are doing. I'd like to make a special mention of the two men who helped me move, Vlad and Daniel. Quite simply, they were excellent! Very friendly, worked extremely hard and at all times, careful!    Excellent service.

   Excellent service from the Kung Fu Panda team. Helped me and heavily pregnant girlfriend move just before Christmas and turned a potentially stressful situation into a joyous occasion. Got the all inclusive that included an evaluation, full packing materials and supplies, all packing done on one day and move on another day. They dissembled and reassembled all furniture and were super efficient and friendly. The whole team worked super hard nonstop and expertly packed all items in the flat and transferred to new house with no damaged items or furniture. Have already recommended them to friends and would absolutely use them again in future. Thanks.

   Cancelled afternoon before next morning move

   Called at 1300 and said they could not move load as promised at 0730 next morning. Said nothing they can do and that was that. Not bothered about leaving a lone female moving out at end of rental contract with all belongings on street and no means to move. Dreadful service. Managers refused to deal and were left on hold for 20 mins before being cutoff. AVOID

    Not using them again and won't recommend them

    I was moving from a 2 bed flat in 2nd floor without lift to a house. I packed most of the stuff myself, even the TV and work monitors, printers, sound system. The only items to dismantle and pack were the 2 beds, 2 computer tables and one dining table. I had a number of issues. 1) The lead guy was an angry man. The door to the new house opens outside and had auto close and the moving day was windy and raining, the door was closing behind him and he was angry and he was pushing the door hard that I was worried that he is going to break it. 2) A large computer table was not dismantled and he said that it wasn’t going to fit the stairwell and left it in the ground floor. I had to dismantle that and carry it to second floor on my own. 3) most importantly the mattress bag for the super king size mattress that he had was damaged, so my mattress was soiled and torn on one corner because he was pulling the mattress on the wet floor outside. 4) when leaving they left cling wrap lying around in the front porche and I had to collect and dispose them after they left. It was one large bin bag full. 5) they damaged(deep scratches) the stairwell ceiling while they attempted to take the super king size bed upstairs. The staff over the phone was courteous, but the movers were not. Their claims procedure is impossible. With all the hassle of moving, they are asking me to find a trades person to assess and quote within 7 days to fix the damage for making a claim. You will never be successful in making a claim if they have these Ts&Cs
