   Came earlier than expected, very pleased about that, two very nice men. Worked very well and all over smoothly, so glad!! Five-star services in all aspects, I am impressed!!! Highly recommended!

   It was a great move. The Mega Van Lines was pro. Nothing to complain about. Impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I do recommend them to anyone.

   DO NOT USE!!

   This is the worst company ever! Used them to move cross country. They sub contracted with a crew from NJ which they never informed me of. Movers were supposed to arrive in 5 days-disappeared for 3 weeks!! When I contacted Mega Vans-they told me subcontractors were involved and "used" to be a good company, had no idea where my items were and no way of contacting movers. Movers arrived 3 weeks later, told me I had to pay 3X what original contract was of they were taking my items. Had to get police involved. When I finally had items delivered, half of my stuff was either broken of missing, Made numerous attempts to contact Mega Van Lines and pretty sure they blocked my number as I could never get through. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THEM!!

   Took $3500 and they never showed up. For fours dysthymia kept reassuring us the truck would be there and day after day NO SHOW. Wouldn't refund our money. DO yourself a favor and stay clear from them.

   I had to postpone my move for several months. Now I am ready to schedule it, but when I tried to call them, my number was BLOCKED! I then tried to email them, and again I was BLOCKED. That is terrible, terrible service! Stay away from them! If I could get a reason they are blocking me, that would be great. Unfortunately, I can't communicate with them at all. If you use this company, you are risking them cutting all communications off with you. I would stay far away from them.

   If you're thinking about doing business with this company, stop. Don't waste your money, time, or sanity dealing with this shady company. If you're as fortunate as us, they will give you a price estimate that is higher than what your actual weight is, demand to be paid half before they pick it up, then when the company that they pay to actually move your stuff picks it up and prices it by sq ft, you'll have to pay a higher remaining bill, and your stuff won't leave for 3 weeks until after you've paid the second bill. They'll offer you payment options but then tell you they only accept credit cards and charge a 5% processing fee. You won't be able to receive any of the discounts "Samantha" promises because she's never able to talk to her boss "Fred" or whatever his name was. Every time you call the office to talk to either one of them, they will either be out of the office or in a meeting or unavailable for some reason even though you've tried to contact them multiple times a day and left messages with their coworkers to have them contact you when they return. I've put off this review for so long because working with this company was so painful that I didn't want to relieve that misery, but I am sharing the unfortunate and unforgettable displeasure my family experienced so that no one else has to endure it.

   SCAM DO NOT USE

   Total SCAM. They steal your money. I canceled within 1 hr of booking they said my deposit was not refundable even though their website says you have 72 hrs to cancel in writing. Then they don't answers your calls or return them. Your "direct contact" makes up lies so they don't talk to you anymore. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. RUN from this place.

    MEGA steals your money

    Planned long distance Idaho to Ohio for mother's funeral, etc., NEVER found a driver, all they promise is just a scheme to get your money. They still owe me $400 and won't answer their phone now or I'm on hold 15 min. and then they hang up. Their "manager works nights" and doesn't return messages. The address is a condo, not an office. I contacted the BBB and State Attorney General for their county. Can't these people be prosecuted for their deceit???
