If you're thinking about doing business with this company, stop. Don't waste your money, time, or sanity dealing with this shady company. If you're as fortunate as us, they will give you a price estimate that is higher than what your actual weight is, demand to be paid half before they pick it up, then when the company that they pay to actually move your stuff picks it up and prices it by sq ft, you'll have to pay a higher remaining bill, and your stuff won't leave for 3 weeks until after you've paid the second bill. They'll offer you payment options but then tell you they only accept credit cards and charge a 5% processing fee. You won't be able to receive any of the discounts "Samantha" promises because she's never able to talk to her boss "Fred" or whatever his name was. Every time you call the office to talk to either one of them, they will either be out of the office or in a meeting or unavailable for some reason even though you've tried to contact them multiple times a day and left messages with their coworkers to have them contact you when they return. I've put off this review for so long because working with this company was so painful that I didn't want to relieve that misery, but I am sharing the unfortunate and unforgettable displeasure my family experienced so that no one else has to endure it.
