   Nick was lovely, very pleasant and extremely helpful and professional. Survey was carried out and all my queries and questions answered. Survey carried out by different company was hurried and no opportunity to ask questions .Grated an excellent first impression of the company. We were entirely satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend your company. [Otex removal] were fantastic! So pleasant and professional. They were really friendly, helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with the whole experience. The service was very good and would recommend to anyone who was moving. They were absolutely brilliant..very tidy, courteous and helpful. A real credit to the company.

   They were very careful.

   Deol and mark were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always polite and listened to our requests. We were worried that we would disturb other residents and so they were quiet and made sure doors did not slam. They were very careful with the sofa and arm chairs and also making sure that they did not mark the fresh painting on the walls of the new flat. They packed everything with care into the van. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. It is possible that the whole job could have been done in one day, therefore making it cheaper. Please pass on our thanks to all team they made a hard job easy and pleasant. The removal crew worked very hard. They were very curious and pleasant.

   Smooth move.

   Surveyor visited us to assess our needs etc and projected a professional image. The detailed quotation was emailed to us promptly assuring us of your companies level of capability. We felt that your company were professional and competitive. The team worked well together particularly during the loading process each member knowing what to do next. The additional staff that were drawn in on the unloading point worked conscientiously throughout. The team leader coral took command of the procedure and everyone knew what was required. He communicated well with both my wife and me. Very helpful & professional. They were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they made our move go very smoothly.

   Very efficient and intelligent in their planning and teamwork.

   Initial impressions excellent both at Manchester and Birmingham. A real "can do" attitude to what was going to be a relatively complicated move made me feel confident that I had chosen the best firm. Trawling through the internet seeking a removals firm for what would be a rather complicated 3-day move, I spotted the Otex Removals website. Further research showed the extent of the support you give it and I was very impressed. Quick phone call made my mind up. Excellent throughout. Thank you so much for making what could have been a very traumatic experience as pain free as possible. I think that the key to your success is your flexibility at all times, your willingness to put the person first. Jack and jay were extremely kind, courteous, friendly, and considerate of me and my belongings. They worked very hard and had amazing energy, didn't waste a minute, discussed and checked with me as they went along, were very efficient and intelligent in their planning and teamwork, They seemed to have an innate sense of time and motion studies, and were obviously very well trained. Jack deserves very honourable mention. Thank you all very much.

   Friendly, courteous and hardworking crew. Punctual arrival, careful packing and removal - exactly what we wanted. Buy the guys a beer - they really delivered on the day! Dave, Mick, Mike, Andy and Brian were all brilliant - we were really pleased with how fast we were packed and removed. The access and the nature of the house at the delivery side was quite challenging and they worked very hard to get everything where we needed it to be, whilst remaining courteous and friendly. Really very impressed indeed with the entire crew. You exceeded it. I don't think we have anything damaged at all, the houses at both ends were kept clean and damage free. You were almost exactly the same price as another company we contacted, who were also very professional and BAR accredited. However, the thing which tipped the balance was Ernie's attitude to solving the access problems (narrow road) at our new house. Whereas the other company gave lots of "ifs" and "buts" and "possibly", Ernie simply said he'd divide the move into two smaller vans instead of one big one. Problem solved in one sentence. That gave us the confidence to choose Otex Removal.

   I'll use them every time from now on and you should too. Very happy with the service they provided. Highly recommended. I enquired for a quote online, and got a price the same day which was great. The quote was in my mind, very competitive and looked good value for money. Zeeshan emailed me and was always prompt in replies and proved good info on the move. Day of the move, the guys who did my removal were outstanding. All well-presented and polite. I am very happy with guys - What a fantastic hassle free experience. They were careful, helpful, thoroughly professional, friendly, nothing too much trouble, and professional, I was delighted with the move. They are a credit to the firm. I would HIGHLY recommend Otex Removal, and I will use them again. Thank guys, great job.

   Moving within England.

   OTEX is cheap and you'll discover why. Although the team work very hard they had not been allocated sufficient time to do the work properly so they cut corners. Boxes were not labelled clearly; boxes were not allocated to the right rooms; books were thrown into boxes and damaged; carpets were left filthy; the lawns were driven over by the lorries hence I had to have them totally re-done. While I applaud the team they should have been allocated more staff or time (what happened was not what the surveyor promised).

   Poor company, poor service, damaged belongings.

   Otex didn't send enough people to move a big sideboard and it took 3 goes and some weeks before it eventually got here. The packing was very poor and during the move 6 items of a Rosenthal china service were broken. I send a picture immediately and have claimed £105 replacement cost although I know I am very unlikely to to be able to replace them. The reaction is very negative and I am told that I, not they, am responsible for the first £250 excess on the insurance. Do not use Otex.

   Really poor service from OTEX.

   Really poor service from OTEX. They weren't the cheapest option but we went with them because we wanted a professional service with no fuss, and initial contact (including when someone came round to give a quote) was slick and reassuring. The actual move was the complete opposite, however. The day before the move, we were cajoled into paying for an additional man for the team because we couldn't be 100% that the lift in our new place would be working. The team that turned up were careless in packing and moving, with walls scratched ('oh but the corridors are so narrow' - they're not narrow at all), a dish broken ('oh but we wrapped it in paper') and the flooring in our old place torn when the bed was lifted ('oh but it must have been torn before' - it certainly wasn't). After speaking to them on the phone and following up with an email four weeks ago, I still haven't heard back about how they intend to compensate us for any of this.

    Very poor service by Otex International UK - avoid at all costs!

    I could write a much longer narrative behind this, but in summary we paid for a full packing service, but ended up needing to pack at least half of our own items and dismantling all furniture - even then we were out of the house 4 hours late. It has taken since November (now 4th Feb) for me to get any sort of refund on this packing service. Messages to customer service not returned, emails ignored/not responded to. Even when we had agreed a partial refund (to which I agreed as I had lost the will to argue further), this took 14 days to be paid and only following numerous calls/messages (all messages left bar one email were ignored). The attitude of the 'customer service' was very poor. Instead of seeking to resolve the issue they tried to blame me for the delayed removal (they specified the move/how long it would take/packing materials needed and I showed them ALL of my items, inside all cupboards etc.) They offered token and very insincere apologies for why things had taken so long and appeared to lack any comprehension of the difficulties and frustration they had caused. Very poor - use them if you must and I hope your experience is better.
