   Excellent and trustful.

   The driver gives always quick response and excellent customer services. I could find out the price on his website and it was very helpful. Highly recommend.

   Recommendation.

   I have used The Small Van and Man Express on several occasions. I have always found Dario to be an excellent driver and a careful but extremely fast and efficient removal person. I have large ceramic sculptures that often need transporting to various UK locations and Dario cheerfully handles the heavy boxes, packs them very efficiently and safely in his van and is very speedy with delivering them. Nothing has ever been broken and he has a real talent for finding often quite obscure delivery addresses. (I mention that because other drivers I have used, despite having satellite navigation equipment, still get lost) The latest job entailed a collection from London, a delivery to Brighton, a delivery and collection from another address in Brighton and a return delivery to London. The cost for all this I think was very reasonable. Thank you Dario, I highly recommend you.

   Had a really awful experience, please avoid.

   Had a really awful experience with one of Small Van & Man Express drivers Dario, the guy was trying to change me extra because we lived on the third floor even though we delivered to the ground. He got rude, angry, and started threatening me. At one point he got his phone out and started filming me telling me he was going to charge me 80% cancellation and get his solicitors on me. I was going through quite a bit of personal stress that day and we just wanted to move things out in the smoothest and stress free way but made it awful. We had to find another person, short notice, paid twice as much which is the last thing I want to do. After getting in touch to his company(which I suspect is just him) , he sent a solicitors letter out to charge me for not doing the work. Awful experience, very angry individual, should probably avoid.

   I am very sorry that this customer was unhappy with the service we provide. In this particular case the customer stated that the pick up would be on the ground floor and in fact it was on the third floor which effects the scale of our charges. After being asked to pay a small additional charge (£5) the customer cancelled our service. In accordance with our terms of business a cancellation fee was charged and duly paid.
