   Do not use them

   I would advise that you be very cautious about working with them. We were assured multiple times that our belongings were going to be well taken care of, however they were not. They sent a terrible company to move our stuff (Mirit great American van lines) and they do not seem to care that any of our stuff was destroyed. After months of dealing with our move, all the damage, lost things, these two companies, and an inconsiderate insurance claim settlement (currently disputing) I feel I must warn others to consider a different company.

   SCAM COMPANY!

   My Broker, he sounded legitimate at first, then after he got information he requested from me that needed to give him exact details needed to move my belongings, he quit answering my calls, texts, emails, and even the phony toll free number they have gave lame excuses that this broker might be available later but had alternate work hrs. ZERO, ZIP, NADDA response from the broker after $2000 dollars of my money, and now US Interstate Van Lines emailed me saying I … I was the one who reneged on my agreement with them!!! SHAMELESS, SHAMELESS Company of scammers!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They need FBI investigating them!

   Scammers! Tried to charge over 2x my stuff.

   Don't hire! This company is really great until moving day. They send scammers to your home that try to charge you for 2x the stuff you have. At that point you have two choices finding a last minute mover and try to get your deposit pay the double price and try to get your things back from "storage". They have refused to service my existing contract and refund my remaining deposit as I refused to pay for double my stuff. They even blocked us in our home with our children for a few hours before they left. My husband had to threaten to call the police. Then they avoided my calls. Even blocked my number when I needed to call about our contract. I am not the only reviewer that has been blocked when trying to get service worked out on moving day. My estimate was 1800cf before moving day. My estimate upon arrival was 3600cf plus bulky item fees they already had on my estimate. My movers I had to find last minute put everything in 1536cf. Feel free to contact me if you need any additional information about this company's practices. Per your contract No.4 you are supposed to represent me as you customer. Per your contract no22. I have EXPRESSED MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCES PUBLICLY AFTER I HAVE GIVEN US INTERSTATE VAN LINES LLC, SUFFICIENT TIME TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS, AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ARE NOT UPHELD....after CLAIMS OR REFUNDS ARE not being considered to resolve this. Also, I will make this review so everyone that searches your name sees this. #USINTERSTATEVANLINES

   terrible terrible people please do not use them they are scammers, stole my things and damage my furniture, they workers are disrespectful and rude, showed up with my furniture three days later, workers cursed me out because i gave them 70 dollars each in tips they demanded from me 100 dollars each or they will throw my stuff from the truck i had to borrow money from the lady who is living above me, both the movers and the offices people are a disgrace. i now have to file a claim for my stuff they stole and damage

   Worst moving company ever

   After calling every day I finally got my stuff. I was missing 17 boxes and all my furniture was damaged. The boxes I did receive were broken had mold in them from letting water go into the warehouse close were ruined thrown out this company is a disgrace!

   They are 7 days late and keep pushing back the time they will arrive! Customer service won't pick up the phone! Literally never showed up. Don't go here it's a scam and I'm out $2700!

   Extreme scam

   Started out by severely under quoting and lying. The sales man lied. Said they were BBB accredited. Lie. Inventory guy called. Spent his time walking me thru adding a cc to venmo but later I wasn’t allowed to pay that way. Or else I’d have disputed the whole thing by now. They lied about not being a broker. They sold my move to felons. They stole and damaged thousands of $. Brian at US interstate saw pictures and told me my items don’t even look that bad. And then called me a liar. Told me I’m committing insurance fraud etc. he’s a coward and a loser. They have scammed so many innocent people. They will block your # eventually. Blocked me from posting on their Facebook. Such a shady business they run. There’s tons of reviews like mine out there. They pay people to write good ones. There’s a growing fb group and an investigation was just opened with the DOT. It’s only a matter of time before they go down lol. They think it’s funny to lie and steal and cheat people out of their money.

   It REALLY is a scam!!

   [EDIT] - [NAME EDIT] from US Interstate Vanlines This company is a SCAM. They are not movers so they quote you whatever you want to steal your "nonrefundable" deposit. I received a quote from them for 1405 cuft for 44 items. I later realized that these 44 items would be MUCH more than 1405 cuft (closer to 2300 cuft) and I asked them to "show me your calculations" to get to 1,405 cuft. They refused. Then this coward named [NAME EDIT] called me and said "Nobody stole your money you [EDIT] and then hung up.

   Moving Services

   HORRIBLE!!!!!!! We were told one thing and one charge upon signing a contract then they doubled the charges, would not return calls, brokered out our move (which were told they did not do), sent an extremely shady guy to move our furniture to Oregon. Our move was to be from Missoula, MT to the Florida panhandle. Driver told us we had to pay him via Zelle and that he could assign any price he wanted to move our belongings. Refused to give us his name and stated it was none of our business. When we finally got in touch with customer service, we were told his name was Muhammad. I will give as many negative reviews as I am able and hopefully you will lose a lot of potential business. Ryan is the Quality Assurance department was a complete douche bag and over estimated our belongings by 50%. Not a reputable moving company, extremely unprofessional, and they do a bait and switch. So go ahead and use them, if you want to pay double and have your belongings held hostage. There is no rating low enough to describe our experience with US Interstate Movers.

    SCAM COMPANY

    Do not hire this company to move any ting. I made the horrible mistake of doing so and lost $3,000. I just hired an attorney to try an get not only my money back but also my truck full of furniture. They picked up my furniture over a month ago and disappeared, would not call me back for days weeks. Finally I spoke with someone and they said they sold my job to another company and it's not their problem. So I lost my furniture and money. Christian is a thief he was my rep.
